Very professional in their work. They always respond to my messages and fix my AC the same day.

My next door neighbor had them come out. They had the nerve to use my hose and rinsed there equipment off behind my mobile home! Leaving a pool of sewer water in the grass. So unprofessional, I told them we walk through here in  our bare feet along with our grandchildren and pets. He didn't say nothing to me he turned around and went out to the van. No apology no nothing. I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything! The rating is zero!

Noticed some water damage on our drywall late night on a Sunday and called JK Plumbing Solutions.  Jessie was out the next day and quickly found the problem (small leak from a joint), fixed the problem and was on his way.   He explained the process every step of the way and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to.  We were both relieved the leak in the wall was minor!  I'm already planning on having him out again to replace some old sink fixtures and will happily use him for any plumbing needs going forward.  I highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Edit:  Unfortunately there was a either a second leak higher up, or we missed the leak the first time.  Texted Jessie and he was at my house in 15 minutes, discovered the leak in a really difficult spot just a bit above the previous area work was done on.  He offered these services free of charge but I insisted on giving him something.  This was a tricky leak to discover!  Everything appears fixed now!  Fantastic plumber and great guy, he's got a customer for life in me :)

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

First I would like to say, great job training your techs.  We all know this is a job that requires you to have a strong stomach.  The techs arrived at my house and the first thing they did is ask questions.  This made me feel like I'm dealing with people who know their s#|+ (pun intended).  They opened up my septic tank and right away they knew what the issues were.  The tech explained the process of a septic tank and drain field.  I kept wondering, how are these guys so professional and very clear in what they say?  Long story short he recommended a live enzyme so that the flow to my drain field would be better.  I didn't feel like I was being sold on something I didn't need.  Happy to say, my septic is drained.  I will definitely continue to use Tampa Bay Plumbers.

I am very happy with this company.  Especially after another company came prior to Reliable and didn't even try to fix my clogged sink.  They said all my pipes had to be replaced and estimated no less than $1000.  I called Reliable and spoke with Joanne.  She was very understanding and gave me an estimate. Steve came out the next day and said there was a clog and needed to snake it.  Russ came the next day with the machine and fixed it.  Both men were excellent.  They were respectful, clean, articulate and exactly there at the appointed time.  My sink works great and I will use them again in the future.  I was charged the estimated price.  Sorry the other review was so negative, but I have nothing but praise for honesty and a job well done.

Good service, Brandon knows his stuff, They were upfront with the costs. They did a quality job they were on time.

The day after a holiday, our drains backed up and getting a plumber to even return my call was frustrating. Marc with Your All Hours Plumber was recommended to me and he responded right away. The service charge was much more reasonable, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he took his time to get my issue resolved. We reviewed the video scope together so he could show me exactly where the issue was located. I would absolutely call Marc again when I need plumbing help.

I called to replace a kitchen faucet (Non emergency) left a message.  My call was returned quickly and I had an appointment in a few days.  Chris showed up and put on booty coverings and wore a mask as did I for social distancing and care during Covid.  He was very professional, polite and diligent.  He did a great job made sure I was pleased as I tried it out. The price for the install was very reasonable as well.  I would not hesitate to use this company.

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.

We needed a quick fix, saw their truck on the block working for someone else.   They fixed our leak the next day, were fast, professional and very fair.  We would recommend them to any and all.
