Best Pool Repair in Tampa FL

Hello everyone on 12/14/18 I had American Leak Detection come out to my home in Wesley Chapel to find a leak in the bathroom Sheetrock wall which I was very concerned due to the fast spread of mill due which can develop very fast. The technical asked me questions then accessed the damage did some test and found the leak coming from the outside window shutters; I thought the leak was a pipe in the wall. I will have the builder fix it since my home is only 4 years old and they were trying to put the damage responsible on my home insurance. Our technician did an extremely thorough job and also was very good about explaining the process.    She located the leak and we were provided with documentation of the entire process.    If you have to have this kind of thing done, this is the company to contact.

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

had them here today to check hot water heater, restarted the pilot light left ASAP 125.00$ it went out in 10 minutes. Called again advised I needed a new water heater (over the phone). They only install tank less heaters 6000.00+$

I called BMD from yelp i needed my mobile home bathroom flooring redone and must i say they were pretty impressive, they completed the job about two weeks ago and it still looks good i was out of town in colorado when they came and helped me with this project i will call them again. I love what they did and i will recommend them to everyone in this community in st pete.
