We are very happy with the multiple jobs we asked Mainline Plumbing to help us with. When we bought our house, the previous owner did work that left us with sketchy plumbing issues.  Mainline helped us fix the problems and helped us prevent future issues.  They came promptly at the time they said they would and the price was reasonable for the huge amount of work we needed.  All with a friendly attitude!!   We definitely recommend them!

So I was working on a bathroom remodel and the plumber I hired a week earlier called and said he couldn't make it.

I am very happy with this company.  Especially after another company came prior to Reliable and didn't even try to fix my clogged sink.  They said all my pipes had to be replaced and estimated no less than $1000.  I called Reliable and spoke with Joanne.  She was very understanding and gave me an estimate. Steve came out the next day and said there was a clog and needed to snake it.  Russ came the next day with the machine and fixed it.  Both men were excellent.  They were respectful, clean, articulate and exactly there at the appointed time.  My sink works great and I will use them again in the future.  I was charged the estimated price.  Sorry the other review was so negative, but I have nothing but praise for honesty and a job well done.

Flow Pro is now my GO TO plumbing company.  I called and talked to Jared who scheduled me an appointment within 3 hours. Donavan called prior informing me he was making his way toward my home. Donavan arrived, was very pleasant, professional, and proceeded to assess my problem (I snapped a pipe in the wall). Now over the years when I made a major mistake like the one I just did, I've learned to leave it to a professional to fix. After snapping the pipe, I proceeded to look for companies and their reviews. Flow Pro's reviews steered me toward hiring them. I definitely made the right decision. I watched and learned as Donavan worked through my issue with the pipe. I forgot to say earlier that before Donavan began repairing the pipe, the price for the job to fix my mistake, was WAY WELL BELOW what I had planned for. I read stories of plumbers costing over a thousand dollars for any job. I highly recommend you hire Flow Pro for any plumbing issues.  You won't be disappointed. there were very helpful and the girl on the phone was respectful while scheduling for a tech to come out. They came out the same day for my running toilet and got it fixed right away. I would use them again if I need any more plumbing problems fixed!

Good service, Brandon knows his stuff, They were upfront with the costs. They did a quality job they were on time.

Our kitchen faucet sprayer came off and we had water everywhere!  I was able to shut it off and called multiple plumbers the next morning.  Most had no availability for over a week and one still hasn't called me back nearly 48 hours later.  So initially we decided to try to change out the faucet ourselves.  After hours of trying to get the faucet nuts off without success I got on Yelp and started searching.  I called at least 3 plumbers on the top of the list before reaching out to HIP.  None of the others answered and none have called me back 24 hours later.  Hyram answered the phone immediately, and asked me to text him some photos of the sink since we weren't sure which faucet to buy.  He suggested one and we went and got it today.  He was able to come today (the next day after I called) and got our new faucet installed.  Excellent service and very professional.  We need more small businesses like H.I.P. Home Service & Drain.  Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber!

I was immediately impressed with Curtis from our first conversation. I had family arriving within a couple days, and he was very determined to work around my schedule to make sure I had an operational shower in time for my guests. He assured me nothing would be done without my approval and with an agreed, final price.  Upon arrival, the first thing Curtis did was put on shoe covers to prevent transferring dirt and bacteria from his shoes on to my carpet and floors. I'd never seen another service company do this! We do not wear shoes in the house due to cultural significance and hygienic reasons, so you can imagine how happy I was.  I was comfortable with him being in my home; he is very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.  He made plumbing recommendations and did some additional tweaking to faucets around the house at no extra charge. I definitely recommend Curtis for any plumbing issues and we will be using him again!
