Best Electrical Services in Tampa FL

Our toilet had a loud noisy refill and looked for a plumber to fix the refill valve. Aaron messaged me via yelp and fixed our plumbing issues very quickly. Also diagnosed some future issues and got that taken care of, happy with his work.

Called Cornerstone one morning about strange electrical problems going on in my house. They had someone out here in less than an hour and a half. They tracked down the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Terry was a super nice guy and knowledgeable. I signed up for their AC, electric, and plumbing annual contract because it seems like a really good deal. I would like to add that their price for coming to my house and checking all of my electrical stuff was very reasonable.  I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future needs in their areas of expertise.

New a/c installed a year ago. Free annual maintenance 2+ hours checking all.
Amy was very professional and attentive. When I said 2 rooms didn't seem to be cooling better after some additional duct work we did at installation they scheduled a tech to come up the next day.

Tech spent over an hour and identified the issue. He is getting back to the initial salesman to go over possible solutions. I love a company where sales to techs to scheduling to maintenance all work together for the customer.

I found this company on thumbtack and decided to give them a shot to quote on adding in a new valve for two of my showers and new mesh hoses on a double vanity. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first, but Abraham came  through. Not only was he reasonably priced my tenant said he did a great job.
I am not in town to inspect his work but he sent me pictures of before and after the repairs on everything.
My only problem if he tells you he's coming at 10 am he may not show up until noon.
All in all I would use him again. Great Job according to my tenants and when I get back to Florida, I'll stop by and take a look in person.

I called BMD from yelp i needed my mobile home bathroom flooring redone and must i say they were pretty impressive, they completed the job about two weeks ago and it still looks good i was out of town in colorado when they came and helped me with this project i will call them again. I love what they did and i will recommend them to everyone in this community in st pete.

I have relocated to a new home. I am closing in less than a week. I live in another city and I received a call from my realtor during the property inspection that the A/C was not running. I called Performance A/C because they purchased the company that I used for my home, business and rental properties.
The tech showed up and called me that he had arrived. I told him what the error code was and he said he would take a look. He called me back and  charged over $800 to clean a clogged drain line. I was not contacted with a price before the repair was made so I didn't have a choice but to pay.
This technician and the company are price gouging. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
