Best Plumbing Inspection in Stockton CA

Requested several quotes on Yelp to clear our kitchen sink drain, Ed was very thorough with his response and provided quote and availability. He did a great job and we asked him to come back the next day to do additional work on the house to replace kitchen faucet, install water shut off valve and fix a broken pipe in irrigation system. He takes a lot of care with his work, cleans up well after the job, friendly and my dog likes him so that a nice plus. Highly recommend!

Another plumber came to my house and tried for 2 hours to fix my problem with no success.  I called Freitas Plumbing and Water Heater and the problem was fixed in 30 min.  They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and affordable.  They are my new go-to company for future plumbing problems.

I hired Gino , was on time , I had 3 pallets of garage cabinets , he put together 16 cabinets and hung them leveling them to my crooked house , he even went the extra mile installing a overhead storage rack 8 feet long , adding more support brackets than the factory provided and did a excellent job , you can't find better service and I will hire him for my next project , don't need to look any farther , his phone number is programmed in my phone

We were having issues with tree roots damaging our pipes.  Basically, when these guys were called, we were very specific about doing whatever it took to eliminate the back-up problems by replacing whatever pipes needed to be replaced to avoid future problems.  $2100 and 1 year later we were experiencing the same problems.... they didn't want to help nor offer an explanation.  But it seems like this is how this type of industry is structured.  Very few offer any guarantees..... I called some of their competitors and they are very slimy (no pun intended).... others would offer free estimates and they would have you wait for hours and hours for them to show up and then when they would show up, they tell you that there is a charge for estimates....apparently they will come over for free, but they won't do anything besides show up and try to upsell you.  

I actually told this guy who was more of a salesman than someone who was there to give us an honest quote that I know the sales games... I was in sales for many years.... He was one of those that tried the old tactic where he says Let me call my manager and see if there's anything we can do for you .... AS IF I'm special and should feel honored because they were going to give me a free estimate after I was promised one over the phone.  Gee, thanks.... I owe you so much for doing this just for me.... because I'm so special.

Anyway, I don't do business with those types and neither should anyone else.... In all fairness, it wasn't this company, but I had to rant about many in their industry.... maybe because a few do this, the others go along and do the same.  I don't know.  

Just be careful with all of these guys.  Have them sign that whatever work they will perform will eliminate ALL the surrounding problems for an extended period of time.... not 6 months like these guys.  Get it in writing.  For such a pricy job, you would expect better results.
