I called GHP for a service call in East Bellevue. Gama, the technician, confirmed the appointment I had set an hour before arriving. He was friendly, clean and did good work. I had him replace the toilet kit, tank bolts, and supply line. He also snaked the tub. I would hire this company again in the future.

We were looking to replace an older tankless hot water heater with one that had recirc built-in.  Jacob was the only one to realize we didn't need TWO hot water heaters and that we could consolidate and put in a dedicated recirc line serving the whole house.  He explained his rationale clearly, listened carefully and responded to all our questions, and did a top-notch job, on time and on budget.  He also found and fixed two problems along the way!
