New business, so your getting a master electrician for the price of a regular electrician things that other electrician couldn't fix he fixed and fast.

Our basement bathroom lost all power - not good - at the same time my neighbor's were having electrical work done.  The husband walked over and asked the electrician if he could stop by and take a look.  Not only did he make time for us, he found the broken connection, fixed it and was out the door in under an hour.  Really nice guy, fast, honest and affordable work.  What more could you want??

Power went out at my apartment after a short buzzing sound and half of my place lost power, including my heater. It was late on Sunday, so I was thinking to get someone first thing Monday morning.
I called couple of different electricians and couldn't get  anyone to come in till a week or two.
Then I called Galaxy Electric and Solar.
They were also super booked, but they found the time to come and check what was wrong at my place. They were able to fix it the very same day in a record time. I was absolutely blown away with their professionalism, willingness to help and ability to do a great job in a quick, effective and clean way. Needless to say, they were lifesavers, thank you Galaxy Electric!
I would absolutely  recommend their services and if needed will use in the future.

Keith is knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He did all electrical work at our house, including interior lighting, the dock lights, garden illumination,  and even the Tesla wall mount charger. Worked in partnership with Crestron dealer for the smart house system, which turned out to be a complicated job. He is responsible and fixes issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Just had Greg and Philip our to take a look at our outlets that were starting to get warm and wear out. We found them to be professional and knowledgeable. I felt their pricing was fair and they provided an appropriate amount of value. I will definitely have them back out in the future to service our home.

Some of the best professionals to work with. They promised everything that they would deliver, and delivered everything that they promised. Now, we have a rockin' solar panel system and our electric meter is running backwards - it can't get much better than that.

We talked with two solar companies prior to deciding who to go with. We liked Artisan far and away better. We felt they were very honest about everything and their salesperson was not at all pushy. They took a lot of time to help us decide what size system would be best for us and how to configure it. When it came time for the install, the workers were fast and super courteous. They did a great job. Artisan made sure to get us temporarily connected to the grid quickly even when it took Seattle City Light awhile to get out and approve everything. They met with us individually after to make sure we understood how everything worked and connected with us a the 1 year mark to make sure we didn't have any concerns. Such a great company to work with.

We are very pleased with our service. The company we initally hired no-showed us twice. The woman from Parker Bros. who called us (I apologize for forgetting her name) to coordinate scheduling with us was extremely helpful and polite, which instantly let us know we had found a better company. Adam and crew completed the installation in less than an hour. They were efficient, timely, and did a great job. My family is going through a lot right know, so I can't express enough how grateful we are to find a team that's so well-roundedly amazing!

Seattle, Washington (Queen Anne) Electrician.   Did a fabulous job on a 240 volt electric car charing station for my home.  He started and finished the project on time.  Kept to the estimated budget.  Highly professional and reliable.

Called this guy for help with a thermostat and it sounded like he was having a bad day. Horrible attitude. I'm skipping this one.

I was referred to MAD Energy NW through a colleague of mine who hired Mike (the owner) to do some electrical work on an investment property of his. After looking up and verifying his license with the county to be active and free from violation I gave him a call to pick his brain and get a second opinion estimate. Mike was able to quickly and concisely explain the work to be completed in such a way so that anyone could easily understand it's complexity. He offered two options that would bring the electrical up to code giving me the choice of how to proceed and I really appreciate that. I didnt feel like I was being sold. He showed up early and stayed until all my questions were answered leaving me with peace of mind. Very glad to have finally found an electrician I can trust. Mike is a Master Electrician and a perfectionist in his trade, he was also polite and courteous. It has been my experience in dealing with home remodels with all types of tradesmen and general contractors that there is an overwhelming level of arrogance and bravado that one has to navigate through. I have used Fredrickson Electric exclusively  as my go to electricians for the last 7 years. They are extremely competent, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have used their services in both my home and business. I totally trust their work too and that means a lot to me.

Matt's 3 man crew did an excellent job on installing a 18 kilowatt Generac on the side of my home as a backup in case of power outages.  I purchased the Generac directly from an online distributor and send photos to Matt to provide me with an installation cost. Costs were in line with other proposals. His crew arrived on time, drove super clean trucks with all the detailed parts inside, and I could tell they were very experienced with installing Generac.  Crew was very good at explaining what they needed on my end as well as giving me instructions on the generators keypad inside the enclosure and the keypad/switches on the Transfer Switch panel mounted on the house. They tested the generator by turning off the utility power (same as a power outage loss) and the generator came on right away.  It worked as designed!
Very happy with the install and testing which took almost 8 hours. They really know what to do and supply all the wiring and parts needed.  Excellent!

Dave came out yesterday to my house to give me a bid on some work I have and his customer service was amazing. Looking forward in working with him in the near future.

Northwest Electric and Solar responded quickly to my inquiry regarding a Tesla wall charger installation. The communication with their office staff from the start to the finish, including the online estimate answered every question that I had. The electrician showed up on time and did an outstanding job! I am pleased with the results and would recommend these guys to anyone that needs to have a Tesla wall charger installed.

I called this company @ 7 AM this morning, as they said this is when their business opened. Someone took a message, and said she would get my message to one of their electricians, and they would call me back right way! Gee.....it is now 2:50 PM, and still no phone call. I went with another company @ 10 AM, and the job is now competed. Would not recommend this company at all. Wish I could give them minus 5 stars.

Pinnacle Roofing installed a new PVC roof on our house in 2014 and did an excellent job. However, after a couple of years a leak developed that was visible on our bathroom ceiling. Pinnacle sent a couple of inspectors at different times to investigate the leak. When they couldn't determine the source of the leak, they cut an opening in our bathroom ceiling to look for water damage. Even then the leak couldn't be located. Eventually Pinnacle cut a hole in our new roof and found the leak was associated with a faulty vent. This entire process took several months due to the fact Pinnacle was busy with other projects. Nonetheless, they hung in there until the problem was resolved and repaired the vent and roof even though the vent wasn't their fault. Then they repaired and painted our bathroom ceiling. All of this was covered under the lifetime warranty for the roof. I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing. They are a quality organization that backs up their product and will go the extra mile to insure everything functions properly even years after the initial installation. Five stars.
