Best Backflow Preventer Testing in Seattle WA
This company saved us over a thousand dollars by just being honest, efficiently fixing a valve instead of replacing it as most plumbers suggested. Wednesday showed up before time at our house in Ballard, changed the valve rubber kit in less than 20 min and was super accurate as well as reasonable. I highly recommend her company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would as Josh didn't perform annual backflow testing as scheduled. I scheduled an appointment for today in early January so I have been waiting a few weeks to get the testing done. Josh apparently showed up today, couldn't find the backflow assembly using the description of the location on the notice from the city, and left without attempting to contact anyone or see if someone was home to help him find it. After he had already left, he sent an email saying he couldn't find the backflow assembly and to find it ourselves before he would come back. I'm not sure why he bothered to show up, leave, and then send multiple emails about it instead of just trying to contact someone while he was here. I only scheduled service with him because it was on the list provided by the city and I would not attempt to use him again.

I received other quotes from other companies but  Backflow Northwest response time and price was great. I was able to make an appointment within a day or two. Our technician was Scott R who is awesome. We are new to the area so Scott explained the reason for the test. He was very professional and did not mind answering any of my questions. The testing was really quick. They send the report to the water company as well. So, the only thing I had to do was make an appointment and pay. We will definitely use Backflows Northwest/Scott for our annual testing. I will definitely spread the word to my neighbors since this is a newer neighborhood. Thanks Scott R for great customer service.

Jeff was quick, responsive, perfect with communication from day one, and closed the loop end to end by mailing the utility company himself, I would use Axis backflow for any work I can.
