Wendy tested my backflow assembly the same week I asked for the quote, and completed the report and sent it to the city CCing me before she invoiced me. She was quick, professional, and polite. Couldn't ask more!

I received other quotes from other companies but  Backflow Northwest response time and price was great. I was able to make an appointment within a day or two. Our technician was Scott R who is awesome. We are new to the area so Scott explained the reason for the test. He was very professional and did not mind answering any of my questions. The testing was really quick. They send the report to the water company as well. So, the only thing I had to do was make an appointment and pay. We will definitely use Backflows Northwest/Scott for our annual testing. I will definitely spread the word to my neighbors since this is a newer neighborhood. I had such an amazing experience working with Axis Backflow Testing! I had procrastinated my Backflow testing and was coming up on the due date. They were so quick to come and complete my testing. Unfortunately there was an issue with my Backflow but they fixed it very quickly, and provided the final cost before moving forward so everything felt very transparent, which I really appreciated! Great communication and gave me a heads up before both of their visits. I will use them in the future.
