AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. I woke up this morning and found out that the outlets in our kitchen were not working.  I checked the house circuit breaker and I being elderly and non-electrician with poor eyesight didn't notice that the circuit breaker switch for the kitchen outlets, the washer, and the dryer tripped and were OFF.  I thought they were ON.

I called up PCHS and a technician came to our house to do diagnostics.  He asked where the circuit breaker was and I brought him to the garage where the circuit breaker was.  How I laughed at myself when he opened it and just switched back the switches to ON.

For all his travel, time, and effort in switching ON the switches in the circuit breaker, I was charged $393.75!  A valuable lesson for me!
