Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting two Bellows' service representatives, Sal and Bianca, who assessed and fix my aging heater/furnace. I was most impress with their customer service skills: greeting the customer, listening to my ramble regarding my heater and most all, their knowledge and resulting recommendations.  The other piece to my experience is that Bianca was partaking in a service ride along, for an expanded knowledge base when addressing customer concerns.  This speaks volumes! Any company that takes the time to train their frontline customer service staff is a company that really cares about their employees and overall customer service.  I super appreciated Sal's informative approach as I learned a lot about my heater and future maintenance needs, etc.  Thank you Bellows for hiring and training the good people who came to my home yesterday. As a result, I signed up for your maintenance program (totally worth it Yelpers!).  Next up: Water Heater. :-)

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Thank you everyone who helped, from the lovely people in dispatch being patient with me and the team that came to help us out! We highly recommend Bellows for any and all of your projects! Wonderful people to work with!

My patio lights, the dining room chandelier and some outlets went out and could not be reset from the electrical panel. I was bracing for what I thought would be a costly major electrical upgrade and possibly days without lights. I got a next day appointment with Fuse. The guy from Fuse showed up late on a Friday afternoon and meticulously  probed all the outlets and light switches on the first floor. He found a bad outlet with burned wires inside the wall, repaired it and was done in less than 2 hours. He was polite, cleaned up the debris from the repair, and the charge was reasonable. The lights were restored. I couldn't have been happier.

Norman is a great handyman that does very high quality work. He takes his time to get the job done right and doesn't cut corners. I've had Norman do a few jobs around the house included removing some garage cabinetry, fixing the electrical power in a garden shed (very difficult to diagnose), installing undercabinet lights in my kitchen, repairing a bunch of dry rot wood siding, and repairing a outdoor stone veneer wall. I've found him to been honest, reliable, and someone who communicates well throughout. I would happily hire him again.

I had an outdoor electrical outlet the powers our outdoor lighting and watering systems that was not working.  I texted Chuck and he texted me back with several things to check (breakers, GFCI reset) in case I could fix it myself quickly.  None of those worked, so he was able to come out quickly and install a new outlet, after discovering that the old outlet was defective.  He was really good to work with, and I'd recommend him highly.
