We had a few things installed for our new home - new Toto toilets, shower valve, bathtub faucet, kitchen faucet. They came in person for an estimate. Communication was very prompt and courteous. All items were professionally installed and even went beyond expectation. Date of completion were a bit delayed but were due to the missing part problems and were solved soon after we got the replacement parts. Overall very pleased with the service done and will definitely recommend.

Bellows answers the phone quickly, has articulate people on the phone and assessing the job to give an estimate.  It was super easy to get an estimate and schedule the work.  The team showed up on time, were very polite and incredibly efficient.

Needed some outlets updated in my 40 year-old home and these guys took care of it, no problem. They are great. I originally reached out to Norman when I tried to change out a door knob and was epically unsuccessful. After multiple back and forth emails, phone calls and even FaceTimes, I was still unable to get it off. (He did all this without asking for compensation!) Norman came over a couple weeks later, over 2 hours later, he was finally able to take the old door knob off and put in the new one - this included a lot of investigating, prying, sawing, and finally repainting the door. I guarantee you that was the most complex door knob exchange one will ever encounter. Norman was great!

We had several unrelated electrical problems including malfunctioning sprinklers and humidifier, and a leaky outside faucet. Jeff performed outstanding work on all items including troubleshooting. He was on time, courteous and professional. His previous managerial experience does show through. We'll contact ASHS again for future handiwork.
