Best Water Conditioner Installation in San Jose CA

It's a gamble. Some technicians come out and do great work. But the last 2 times...nothing but delays. I got different information from different staff and could not get a call back after leaving multiple messages.

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

Eric and Jacob helped me from the initial softener selection to the final installation and showed very professional spirits. I have a shelf in the  garage which made the space very tide. They still helped me designed different position plans with pros and cons. The final result is amazing. It is safe, easy to add salt later and also I can keep the shelf space. Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

About a month ago Bellows finished installing a brand-new 3-ton Mitsubishi heat pump at our house and we couldn't be happier with the job well done! The whole installation process was done professionally, and with the highest quality, and with very reasonable pricing,  from the initial consultation by Brent, to detailed planning by Russel and the final installation by the crew (Mike V, Alvie and Nacho), thank you all!
