Best Electrical Panel Repair in San Jose CA

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

My mom bought a split heater cooler from Costco 5 years ago, it started to be less efficient so I called bellows plumber.
    Ryan Avila came out for the repair. He is an incredible technician who came out when scheduled, very clean and well organized. I was so glad to watch him work and communicate with my mom.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

In January of this year Fuse installed new house heater and replaced the old ducts in my house in Santa Clara.  Their quote was very detailed, accurate, and very reasonable comparing to others that I talked to.  They patiently answered all my questions that I asked.  

They performed the job in timely manner as they promised.  They applied to the city for permit and followed up with the city for final inspection and came to the house to meet the city inspector.

They were available to answer my phone calls all the time.  They are friendly, honest, patient, experienced, very accurate, worked from 8 AM to 7 pm to finish the job in the time they promised.  They are flexible, and do clean quality, and perfect job. I will use them again and again for any future job.  I highly recommend them for HVAC jobs.  Thanks to all of them; Adams, Alex, Mary , Zack, and everybody who came to work in my house.

At the time of this review, Nick is currently replacing some light fixtures at my home. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely be contacting him again for future work.

Juan and Robert are the dynamic duo!

Our water heater broke down and started leaking all over at 11:30pm. I called PCHS as they were the only game in town for emergency services 24/7.  We live in Menlo Park and I wasn't certain they would service our area. Juan made it to our home at 1:30am. He diagnosed the problem and stopped the leaking.  He then immediately ordered the only water heater in stock in San Leandro.  He promised me that we would be up and running by the end of the day.  Fast forward to 8:00am when Robert pulled up to my home with a new water heater.  He didn't leave my home until 7:00pm to make sure that my new unit was installed properly.

Both men are very professional, respectful, competent and care about the customer.

I couldn't be happier with their service and will call them in the future for all of our plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

As a new homeowner, you can imagine some of the nervousness I felt hiring a handyman I'd never met.  Norman was punctual, professional and did an excellent job helping to fix my bathroom.  I am relieved to know that I don't need to find another handyman if I need to!

Super professional. Great communication. Honest with high integrity. Not sure I can ask for more from a handyman. Very happy and will use him again in the future.
