AYEMP came, solved our weird problem and fixed it on less than 20 minutes. They were very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. We'll call them for sure, if we ever need more work done!

I called to request info about getting a quote and hung up the phone due to the fact she couldn't answer a simple question with transparency.

The owner just called me and clarified this was a new employee and ensured me they would train her Properly. I am impressed by the care the owner took to reach out and correct the mistake.

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

Fuse HVAC did reach out to me to apologize for the level of service they provided for the initial diagnosis and estimate.  I believe they saw the mistake they made and tried to correct it as best they could.  The follow up and the solution they provided was impressive and I believe this represents their commitment to providing 5-star level services.

Why doesn't Yelp provide a 10- star rating?!  You know what I'm talking about when you receive such outstanding service from a company/individual that deserves that recognition.   Nick is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to knowledge in the construction field and know-how.  Over the years he has fixed many things for me. I have referred him to my neighbor,  and he currently is working at my mother's house, which is a 60 year old home.  He is doing electrical work, dishwasher repairs, new door installation,  handicap grab bars in the shower and at the toilet.  He has fixed cabinet doors in her RV too. Repaired her hardwood floors and installed new kitchen lighting. Oh and gate repairs.  He was busy last year and couldn't get to me on such short notice.  I hired someone else...NEVER will I make that mistake again.

Had to write this cause the greetings were one of a kind.

Loved their receptionist greetings when they pick up the phone (shows the good pleasant attitude).   Understood my emergency and gave me an appointment.

My tub was beginning to leak where it joins with the tub door, so I called various places for quotes, but Chuck was the only one who asked meaningful questions about my dilemma and was able to give me a thorough and accurate run-through of what the repair job would entail.  From this I gathered that he is a detail-oriented person who is expert at what he does, which was later confirmed to be true by the wonderful results of his work.  For example, he did his research by reading through the manual for the exact model tub that I had and followed the directions to a tee on what type adhesive to use, something that the previous homeowner's handyman neglected to do obviously.  One of my tub doors had a handle that was falling out of place and he even fixed that, so it literally felt like I came home to a brand new tub.

Another thing I appreciated was how careful he was with moving things around and keeping things clean, because I imagine working with tubs and leaks can get messy but I came home to a perfectly clean and tidy bathroom.  Chuck is also extremely thoughtful and respectful-- without being asked he took off his shoes when entering the house.  He's also very kind and cheery with his words, which makes a world of a difference when dealing with the stress of things breaking down in the house.

I've already recommended him to friends and family and would call him up again should something else need fixing in the future.  Quality handymen really are rare to come by these days.
