I chose Bellows primarily based on the Yelp reviews. I am very glad I did as I am very pleased with the professionalism, the timeliness in being able to install my new system. Most importantly was the professional installation crew, Michael and Rudy. They called prior to arrival, which was on time, they got right to work and worked until the unit was installed, duct work completed, instructions provided, system checked and left the work area as clean as they found it. Both installers worked well together, even though Rudy had just recently joined the company. They both remarked that they enjoyed working for Bellows. It's refreshing to see people who truly enjoy their jobs, it usually means they care about the customers as well.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy. All of them were efficient and hard working professionals. My new Lennox system is up and running. I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level. They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could. All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained. Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them. One happy customer here.

Oleg arrived right on schedule and was able to do exactly what I needed. This was the second time I have used Fuse and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Nick did an awesome job setting up a custom shelf for my window AC. I had an AC, an AC bracket, and an unusual window, and none of these were compatible with each other, so I was stuck. I was also getting tired of suffering through heat waves with the windows shut (bad AQI) when I had an AC right. there. taking up space in my living room.
Nick enthusiastically worked with me to come up with a custom solution from start to finish, and clearly relished the challenge. He texted with me the night before to learn what model AC and AC bracket I had. He promised he wouldn't charge me if he came by and couldn't solve my problem, which I appreciated, although I would've paid him anyway for his time.
Nick communicated clearly with me about his arrival times, and wore a mask at all times inside the house. He identified rotting wood in the window frame, thought ahead about how to take the AC down in the winter, made sure to check up on the AC's water collection and drainage, and measured and built the custom AC shelf quickly, precisely, and sturdily. He also sought my opinion at every step and gave me informed choices.
The whole experience working with Nick was a lot of fun for a nerd like me, and I'm also thrilled to be enjoying cool, dehumidified air at home now. Given his professionalism, reasonable rates, quality work, and preparedness, I'm not surprised he's plenty busy. I will definitely hire him again if there's something I need fixing around the house.

They are more sale people than technicians. Prices are unreasonable even for the area, purely a money grab when you don't have a choice.
As an example:
- $600+ to clean a external unit (and was told that they need to do it before checking refrigerant level, which is false.)
- $299 to check the system (check refrigerant level), but the technicians only saw the pump leak at the very end when taking measurements to replace the whole system.
- $1500 for 9 pounds of refrigerant (you can buy 25 pounds for $550 online). So they basically charge you more than $1300/ hours to add refrigerant.
- $3000 to add refrigerant and find the leak by adding UV DYE (cost $100 online), so extra $1400 in labor to find the leak.
I was quoted a new system too because: probably just cheaper to replace instead of fixing . Quote is also $10K above any other company I met.
They claim they are not the cheaper because they are more efficient and experimented etc. But when converted to an hourly rate it's just pure money grab, not even lawyers charge that.
I'm disappointed because I called them 2 years ago and they fixed my AC for a reasonable price and the technician was not trying to sell me water filter or other stuff I'm not asking for. So called them again when I got that new issue, but won't do it again.

Can't say enough good things about Norman. He is a gentleman and a professional, and I appreciated his expertise, honesty, areas of considerations, and patience when consulting with him about how to approach repairing issues.

I had an outdoor electrical outlet the powers our outdoor lighting and watering systems that was not working. I texted Chuck and he texted me back with several things to check (breakers, GFCI reset) in case I could fix it myself quickly. None of those worked, so he was able to come out quickly and install a new outlet, after discovering that the old outlet was defective. He was really good to work with, and I'd recommend him highly.
