Best Reverse Osmosis System Installation in San Francisco CA

After reviewing the views on Yelp I decided to give Plumbing Care a shot.  I called around 10am and they gave me an appointment between 3-5 the same day which I was delighted. At 4:24 the technician called and I thought he told me he was outside my door. I went out and waited for 5 minutes and decided to go back in the house and wait.  At 5:12 I called the technician and received his voicemail so I left a message. I also called the service center and explained what had just happen.  The operator said she would call the technician and give me a call back.  At 5:19 I received a call from the technician and was told he was 5 minutes away.  At 5:33 I called the service center again to let them know to reschedule the appointment to the next day and to cancel the technician for today since I had been waiting for 21/2 hours which I find ridicules.  I received a call back from the service center at 5:44 to let me know the next available appointment was not until the next day but not until between the hours of 2-4.  I wanted a early morning appointment so there would be no excuses on being late.  So the soonest I could get an appointment in the morning would be 4 days later.  What a joke!

Honest Professional service.
I had a faucet problem which turned out to be a loose screw. I called him, he came over in an hour, fixed it and didn't even charge for it.
He has earned my business for life!
