We suffered a break-in attempt yesterday morning, which ended up damaging our building's front door frame to the point that it would no longer lock. This obviously needed to get fixed ASAP and I knew that same day availability for a big job like this would be a challenge. Luckily I found Ben's page and gave him a call. He was able to fit me into his afternoon and worked until sundown to get the door frame repaired with new lumber and reinforced. He was polite, helpful, and a total pleasure to work with, and we went to bed soundly knowing that the front door was now even more secure than it was before the incident. Thanks again Ben!

This contractor really is as good as it gets. Brian is knowledgeable in construction as well as HVAC, and goes far and beyond to make things work. Damon and Trish do a great job, together, and their estimates are fair and clear. Even when the job takes longer than expected or is more complicated, they do not increase the price. Roberto is creative and has good solutions, too. I'm happy with Berkeley Home Repair and look forward to the next project with them on my home.

Mike and his team did an excellent job installing new blinds. They did the measurement, ordering, delivery and installation. Communication was friendly and responsive. They were quick and efficient. I have hired Eugene twice. Once to hang a door and the other was to Install a closet package and tear down a trellis. Eugene completed all tasks on time, he is really friendly and reasonably priced.  I would highly recommend him for any handyman services you may need.
