Ray from CSR plumbing is outstanding to work with.  He communicates very clearly and will take the time to explain all of the details for the project you have him working on.  He is punctual and his prices are very competitive, especially when compared to other larger companies in the area.

These guys are awful.  All I wanted was a replacement piece for my toilet and to reset the toilets after flooring was put in.  They would not, without selling me two min. $200 toilets.  Then they offered me a discount right there if I would leave a five star review on yelp (a bribe).  Then they sent me an email for a review in which you could not leave anything but a five star review.  Just stay away. They are salespeople first and foremost and out for their own interests.

I'm so very, very thankful my close friend recommended Discount Plumbing to me. Cody and Victor were timely, thorough, forthcoming, professional and so much more. Their diagnostic equipment and explanations helped me understand the root (literally and figuratively) cause of the plumbing problems I was experiencing due to roots encroaching into the collateral sewer lines. As a home owner, I truly appreciate their attention to detail, insight and recommendations to prevent future problems. They are both Navy veterans and I truly appreciate their work ethic as well! Daniel was right on time, and in describing his work in one word, I would say meticulous.

He replaced 6 aging angle stops and installed a new toilet for me, took about 2 hours altogether.

He seems to organize everything in his mind because every step he took was the next logical one to get the job done properly and efficiently.

He cleaned up everything and hauled away the old toilet and trash.

And it should go without saying everything worked perfectly.

He charged me $50 per angle stop and threw in a few new supply lines for free.

The toilet install was $125 which I thought quite reasonable considering how much work is involved, and him carting off the old one.

He explained everything in detail and took his time to ensure everything was correct and worked as it should.

He also used an app on his phone for the invoice, which was emailed to me.

Highly recommend him as he has many years of experience and clearly knows what he's doing.

I got him to quote me for all the work via the Yelp app which is a great way to compare prices with other plumbers BEFORE they show up to your house.

Next up, a new water line for the ice maker for our refrigerator!

PS. He's in the neighborhood (North Park/Hillcrest) so he's a local which makes it even nicer.

Eastlake Plumbing has been our go to plumbing company for a few years now and I've had great experiences with the owner Armando.  On June 24th I had to make an emergency call to these guys to fix a leak on a hot water pipe.  Albert was quick to respond and had our hot water back up in no time.  Thanks for saving the day!  These guys are the best!

Shout outs to Dave, Shawn and Rudy for coming through and delivering in customer service. I had a fiasco that needed a drain specialist and with their specialist unfortunately not available, they took it upon themselves to embrace the problem and solve it together as a team. It took two visits to get it resolved due to the lack of availability from their specialist but I agreed with them for the simple fact that they weren't just trying to play hero. They thoughtfully troubleshooted the problem, admitted that they needed to go back to the drawing board and came back at the top of the week with a game plan on solving the leak. I even asked for another job on top of that (not in their original game plan) and they gladly did.

Good job, Michael. You've got yourself a solid crew.

We had been having issues with the water getting hot in our home about 90% of the time, my husband called a handful of plumbers who came out & basically gave us the run around, that they would give us a call back, they think it's this or that, none of them knew what they were talking about. When my husband called Promax & explained the problem, they immediately had an answer to what they believed the solution would be, without even coming out to our home yet. So when Teo arrived, I explained to him exactly what was happening & he had a quick, knowledgeable answer. He explained to me why he would be doing the 2 services he recommended & how they would help the issue. He was here for less than 3 hours, did exactly what was explained on the phone & reaffirmed here at our house & it's been a few days now & everything is working perfectly so far! Experience was great from start to finish! Haley was a doll getting the replacement for my water pressure regulator scheduled. She told me of the rebate from the city and said she would handle all the paperwork for me. Keith was on time, professional and explained everything to me thoroughly. He and his assistant were courteous and efficient. I will turn to Paws before any other company for all my future plumbing needs.

Travis to the rescue! Our shower and bathtub were backing up and toilets were gurgling...we called around and seemed to be getting the run around (of course it was the weekend). Travis was the only one to call us back promptly and set up a time to come out. Not only did he arrive an hour earlier then promised, but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it with no extras.

David was great! He was prompt, professional, and thorough. He spotted the issue immediately, gave me a quote, had the pieces in his truck he needed, and fixed my leak quickly. I've had no problems since and I'll certainly call him again!

Called Friday to make an appt and they gave me a window of 9am-11am and even sent me an email to confirm.  I waiting until 1122 to give them a call and they told me he would be here at noon.  If I wouldn't of called they wouldn't of called me to tell me what's going on. A few minutes later, they call me to tell me the guy would be here even later.  I cancelled.

Such a quick response! Garrett replaced an old leaky sink (+air hammer that sounded like a fog horn) within minutes. So friendly, had the right replacement stocked in the van, couldn't recommend happy plumbing more.

Michele with PIC responded immediately to my request for a plumber that we needed to have come out in the next day... they had availability and scheduled the appointment within an hour of me putting the request out through yelp. Eric was here at 8 AM on the dot and was super friendly. Eric provided a thorough investigation of the issue and provided a logical solution to what we were seeing - he was great at explaining what we were looking at and everything he said made sense. We were able to rule out the issue that another plumber had quoted $2000 to repair. I am happy to have found a reliable plumbing company to work with...thank you, PIC and Eric!
