I had an excellent experience with these folks.  They were very responsive and easy to schedule on short notice which was great since my problem was somewhat urgent.  Alan and Vincent were the best.  They were on time, communicative, polite.  They were able to diagnose my problem and rectify it  before doing any major work.  I will definitely use these folks again.

I needed home inspection of plumbing prior to sinking my life savings into an old house .  Their administrative folks were quick and helpful with scheduling.  Plumber Dave was highly communicative prior to inspection and really fantastic during inspection.  Friendly and smart.  Good at explaining and not rushing around trying to get to his next job.  He went the extra mile.  And then after the inspection, the report was quickly generated and sent over to me.  

I couldn't be happier.

Contacted Collins because of a back flow problem and they responded in a very timely manner. Michael was our technician, he was amazing and very knowledgable. Wanted to update give another 5 star review for Burtech Plumbing. Our water heater went down overnight. After contacting them, they called first thing in the morning and was able to schedule someone to come out that day in the morning. We had to replace the water heater and fortunately they had one in stock and was able to replace and install a new one the same day. Thank you Burtech Plumbing and Gino for saving the day!

ProMax is now a company I will use moving forward. When I called to have the water main pipe replaced in my front yard, Daniel answered right away, was polite, courteous and came out the very next day as promised. Great attention to detail , well stocked and equipped truck , knowledgeable and courteous service .

Extremely rude and argumentative plumber who refused to wear a mask though the other two plumbers courteously and respectfully wore masks. Paws posted that they keep their customers and employees safe...this is counter to what I experienced.

Travis, Vessel Plumbing's owner, showed up to review my sump pump issue, on time and in person.  After I had received a bid from another company based on 10 minutes of them thinking (not looking/touching/turning on water) what the problem might be, Travis had the forethought to actually TEST and diagnose while he was there, taking an extra 15 minutes to remove panels, turn on water and discuss all options and costs up front, and at a price that was fair, included labor and was less than the competition!

Wow!   Solution focused all the way!

His follow up was meticulous, texting the date and time that he was available to complete the necessary work, while accommodating my schedule as well.

Work was completed in a timely manner, with no surprise up-charges.  Job site was immaculate afterwards and Travis took all scrap offsite for disposal.

AMAZING, AMAZING customer service! This was the only place that actually responded for an emergency call out. *I called 4 other places that advertised themselves as being available for emergencies and as 24 hour responders.

Not only did Scott and his team respond quickly, but he called back to check on the work completed.

On November 08 I awakened to the sound of a gurgling toilet, made the mistake of flushing it well it started to overflow. Thank goodness no one had used it, made a call to Mike Carroll and he had Randy out in no time. Within 20 minutes he was finished unclogging the issue running a power snake through the outside clean out line.

Don't hesitate to call Mike with your plumbing issues he will have it handled in short order and at a fair price.

David was great! He was prompt, professional, and thorough. He spotted the issue immediately, gave me a quote, had the pieces in his truck he needed, and fixed my leak quickly. I've had no problems since and I'll certainly call him again!

Joe and Above and Beyond Plumbing are both amazing and this review is long overdue. I am on the board of a homeowner's association where we had a major drain line backup. We had three other plumbing companies come out and take a look and they all wanted to charge us exorbitant fees in the tens of thousands of dollars, and even cut into the street in front of our association. Joe took the time to run sensors down are drains and discovered the blockage was more than a hundred feet from the edge of our property, which makes it a city issue. He even had the phone number for the city in his phone and called them on the spot! The city was out here within a day or two and fixed everything at absolutely no cost to us, all thanks to Joanne above and beyond plumbing. Joe's truck was clean and we'll kept, his appearance was clean and professional, and he spoke to us at length and with utmost respect. Can't recommend Joe and Above and Beyond Plumbing highly enough!

Our kitchen sink drain was acting up.  So ultimately I called the plumber.    As it turns out it there was a clog about 10 to 12'  down the drain causing the trouble.  Efren worked to clean out the clogged drain.  He offered to camera the drain so we could get a better look at the condition of our old cast iron drain. We discovered a noticeable amount of scale build up and observed what appeared  to possible questionable integrity of the actual old cast iron pipes.  Happy pluming returned and power blasted the majority of the build up from the inside of the plumbing.  With further camera inspection we could better asses that there was still valuable life left in our 60+ year old cast iron drain.  Thus not requiring a new drain or relining the pipes at this time. We are grateful for their professional and responsive service reconditioning our drain to good working order.

My daughters shower handle broke as well as the screw. We had a well named plumber come out and gave us an estimate of almost 1500.00. I called Pic plumbing and they made it out within 2 hours and charged under a third of the price. Our technician, Leo, was efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again in the future.
