Best Tankless Water Heater Inst… in San Diego CA

I'm already booking another job with CSR because I was so impressed with their professionalism and the fact that their technicians have experience in the double digits. Pricing was fair and upfront, and  I had to admit that some of my plumbing issues were complex because of the age of the fixtures. My toilets were in great condition but one needed replacing and another just needed a rebuild and I was 100% satisfied with their recommendations and completed work.

I'm recommending them to my neighbors and my biggest regret is that I didn't do some of the preventive fixes with them sooner--updating emergency valves for toilet and kitchen, inside parts of toilets, valves with hard water build up, etc.

My last plumber was part of that big fleet of vans with plumber trainees you see driving everywhere, and it was like night and day working with CSR-- Professional from start to finish.

It's such a rarity these days and so wonderful to find a plumber you can rely on and feel confident in a job being well done.  All American Plumbing has such plumbers.

Nick P. and Gabe from All American Plumbing were called out to replace a leaky hose bib.  They were again timely, polite, and very helpful.  This company is quick to stand by their work and we feel confident they'll stand by their work a year from now.  Due to our positive experiences with Nick and Gabe, we no longer need to research or read reviews for plumbers,...our go to and recommended choice is:  All American Plumbing!

I needed my washer valves replaced after I disconnected my washer/ dryer for a project and needed it re-connected. They were easy to set up an appointment with and significantly cheaper than other companies I quoted. I got a text notification when the technician was on his way to my house and they were right on time for the scheduled appointment! No four hour window to wait. The technician was very knowledgeable and quick. I would absolutely use again for other projects.

If I could give Core Plumbing ten stars, I would.  I just bought a condo, and it had plumbing issues.  Nothing major; just needed a toilet replaced, leaks under the kitchen sink fixed, et al.  From the time I contacted Core Plumbing to the finished job, Don and Aaron were fantastic.  Always prompt, professional, efficient, but most of all honest!  I highly, highly recommend Core for plumbing needs.  This company is now in my contact list for future issues I will inevitably have (hopefully, later than sooner!).

I had an issue with the wax ring of my toilet and the angle stopper coming out of the wall.
Jose from Discount Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and fix the problem. He was professional, clean, friendly and quick.

Daniel is amazing.  I was having an urgent issue that needed to be fixed the same day and he was the only one willing to come out and fix the issue.

After that issue I had him work on a couple other plumbing items in my house and couldn't have been happier.  We was very professional.  He showed up on time was responsive to both phone calls and emails.  Prices seemed to be industry standard if not a little bit below which is always nice.  You can tell he is a hard worker that loves his job.  Would for sure recommend him over bill howe or any other plumbing company in San Diego.

Extremely prompt and provided same day service for an unexpected and unforeseen kitchen sink issue. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone!

I don't have anything bad to say.  The reason for the 3 stars is they were not able to repair my 8 year old Rheem EcoSense tankless water heater.  I contacted a different service the next day, and they were able to repair my water heater. But the tech True Plumbing sent was very nice, on time, and he did his best.  Apparently it's a difficult thing to find someone with knowledge on Rheem tankless heaters. If you have a tankless, find someone else.

We had a great experience with Burtech. Gino was transparent, direct and efficient with his work...providing options for various levels of service and ultimately giving us what we needed. Our new Water Heater was installed in short time, and they were honest with the additional needed costs for installation in advance of doing so (i.e. various hoses, fittings, etc). Would recommend to friends and family.

I has originally called payless water heaters they quoted 1 price over the phone when representative gave me an estimate it was more than double what I was quoted.  I was discouraged when reaching out to other vendors.  Daniel from ProMax called me back promptly his was one of the lower priced from my quotes.  His website was very professional so we went with him.  He was able to get a technician out to us in 1 day.  Valdimir was very professional & did great work.  I'm a house wife with a toddler so feeling safe with a technician is very important.  He removed our old water heater, put in new one, the price never changed & our new water heater is working wonderfully.  I would highly recommend Promax.

Chris replied to my Yelp message right away and arrived at our agreed time even before I did. He solved my issue immediately and was very pleasant and helpful. He didn't even charge me for his trip and that is not something you find very often these days. I will definitely call him again if/when any other issues arise. I highly recommend. Also, he was wearing a mask which was awesome because as we all know, safety first!

I had a cracked toilet bowl and needed it replaced. Eric came out to quote and replace the toilet. I accepted the quote and he went to get the toilet and installed it. The toilet was a little tall for the space. Eric gave me the option to continue to use the old tank or he could take extra time to cut the new tank cap to make it lower so it would fit. I really appreciated that he did take the extra time to make the new tank fit and that the whole experience of replacing a toilet was easy for me. They did the procurement and installation. Will the dispatcher was great, too. He kept me informed of when the plumber would show up and even took initiative to see if I wanted to change to an earlier appointment time since it became available. Highly recommended.

I woke up to the hubby telling me our shower was backed up and the toilet was gurgling. We have back to back bathrooms and three ladies in the house. Hair is always clogging the tub drain and causing issues with the shower drain. The toilet was a new issue. I called Travis and he picked up right away and I told him of my dilemma. He said he could get there the same afternoon. He came to the house as expected and was able to run a line through the clean out and get, what he called peanut butter from the line to clear it. A bunch of soft material had clumped together and causes a blockage in the main line. I've never seen a camera view of our cast iron pipe sewer line so that was a treat. Thanks Travis for getting the house back on-line so quickly.

I've been calling Scott for a number of years to help out with an assortment of projects.  He's been very timely and very honest in his work, helping me out when I picked out the wrong items and going out to replace them.  Thanks again!

He was honest, punctual, knowledgeable, professional and also very friendly and warm. He personally called and reached out to me to talk to me about the specifics of the project I wanted to get done. He explained everything to me thoroughly and helped me finish my project promptly.

David is the best plumber you'll EVER come across. He is very professional and very honest about the damage or issues he encounters. As a manager, you embrace and appreciate his work. He and his team are very clean and very good at what they do. He is very patient and takes his time to explain what goes on with all plumbing issues. Very very hard workers! We love him!

Our garbage disposal got jammed last night and I put out a request on Yelp - Above and Beyond answered right away with clear pricing and the time that a technician could arrive. The next day, Joe and Jesse showed up right on time. They were very considerate and wore shoe covers and were very tidy. They walked me through the process of how to unclog the disposal and it was very educational. They were extremely efficient and cleaned up after. They also let me know the services come with a 30 day warranty. Overall, I could not be happier with the service and would use this company again/recommend to others! Thank you!

Efren came the first time about my leaky kitchen faucet with a loose handle. He advised me to contact Moen for the (free) parts. The parts arrived yesterday and today Efren fixed my faucet. It's perfect, he's a gem, I'm happy.

Fantastic.  My issue wasn't an emergency but they showed up in 20 minutes!  I was expecting to make an appointment for a few days later.  Fixed my issue and then fixed my toilet at no charge.  Highly recommended.
