Kelley is absolutely fantastic. We have had her come out to our home multiple times now with three full days worth of work and repairs. She is timely, has great attention to details, an excellent quick communicator, and just overall does such a stellar job. She also thoroughly follows Covid guidelines which was very important to us. In terms of work she hung numerous pieces of art & curtain rods for us, installed floating shelves, did trim repair work, installed pendant & can lights, handled caulk and grout work, fixed tiles, fixed jammed cabinets, etc. She really does it all! I have finally found my forever handyman! Alejandro helped with several projects for our rental condo - installed handles on new kitchen and bath cabinets, installed smoke detectors and CO monitors, did some painting, and fixed a window and a door. He is very conscientious (pays attention to details and is an excellent problem solver), is courteous, prompt, and has great communication. He is an all-around great person, and I couldn't be happier to have found him. All of the 5-star reviews here are 100% accurate. Can I give more than 5 stars?! Sergio is fantastic! We had gotten a handyman referral from my husbands co-worker but he called the day before to let us know he couldn't make it after all. After sifting through pages of handyman reviews I called Sergio. After telling him all the work I needed He gave me a rough estimate over phone. I called him on a Tuesday and he was able to start work Monday. Not only did he communicate via text to let me know we were still on but he text me first thing Monday morning to say he was on his way and if he could start earlier than we planned. He arrived early, I showed him all we needed, he stuck with original price he quoted over phone (which was a great price btw) and got to work. He spoke with us each step of the way letting us know what he was doing and even when he wasn't sure if what he planned would work he was up front about that. Our condo was built in 1972 and some items were original to house so he had his work cut out for him, but I loved the way he approached from different angles and made it all work. He was efficient, took pride in what he was doing, and on top of it all was so nice! It sincerely was a pleasure having him in our home and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did (wish I would've taken before and afters) In fact he's coming back in 3 days to paint our ceilings. In talking with him I found out he's got a strong background in construction so I feel like he'd be up to almost anything you throw his way. Call him now you won't regret it!
