After very quickly learning I was in over my head with a wall-mounted shelf project, I sought out some pro help. Kelley stood out almost immediately, and I can see why. She responded to my initial cry for help within 12 hours and was able to come by within 36.

Upon arrival, she was warm and friendly, and began turning my hopeful vision into a tangible reality. Her time estimate was right on, and the eventual invoice was exactly what I expected (that's not the time you wanna see a surprise!)

I have finally found my forever handyman! Alejandro helped with several projects for our rental condo - installed handles on new kitchen and bath cabinets, installed smoke detectors and CO monitors, did some painting, and fixed a window and a door. He is very conscientious (pays attention to details and is an excellent problem solver), is courteous, prompt, and has great communication. He is an all-around great person, and I couldn't be happier to have found him. All of the 5-star reviews here are 100% accurate. I can not say enough good things about Sergio and Pelayo Handyman services. ALWAYS calls back, ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS fare pricing. This guy nailed the handyman business. A good handyman is very hard to find. They are normally self employed and have trouble keeping a schedule. Sergio is on point and does AMAZING work....

Was really hoping for better service, but did not have a good experience. Called them out to clear a bath drain and investigate a leak in the shower. Once the plumber arrived he let me know they could not honor the $79 drain clean because there was not a proper clean out cap at the shower. I've never seen a residential shower with a clean out cap, but ok, oh well I'll pay the new charge of $189. Now to investigate the shower. The plumber says he cannot look at in unless I pay an additional $279 diagnostic fee. I asked if he could do it on an hourly rate since he's already here and at the property. Nope. Must pay the additional $279 to investigate something that will take no more then 15 min. C'mon guys, really?
