These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

They charged $69 trip charge and $70 diagnostics fee for serviceman to literally walk from main meter to house, listen to faucets, look at water heater, look at toilets, look at washer and poke a prod down to septic and say yep you have a leak somewhere, it's too rainy and wet for me to find it that took all of at most 20 minutes ( the only reason it took 30 minutes is he was training someone and explaining it all to him as he went) and then the sat inside and told about all the what if's until he billed for 50 minute diagnostics!! Total waste of time and money!! Do not use this company ever!!!

Jose and his team were very professional. They showed up on time and checked in with me along the way to make sure things were progressing as I wanted them to. Jose did a great job of keeping in touch with me via phone call and text and they were really good about making sure they left the house locked and secure. They did a couple of different jobs for me around the house including installing recessed lighting and installing two completely new windows in a wall that had a very small window. They did excellent work. You won't be disappointed if you hire this team of people.

We'd an issue with 2 faucets. They told me that that it would be $99 service call. I'd asked if there $99 becomes a part of the repair costs if I went with them. She said, No. Separate.  I said lemme get back to u.  5 later, while checking with other plumbers' costs and availability, I get a call from 1st Home. I talked with my manager and he said that we will include the $99. My response was, Let's do it.  Gut response was, they're gonna jack up the price.

Guy came as promised. As my gut predicted, the bid was, almost $1000 to replace two faucets. If we provided the faucets, the. About $900. We paid $99.  They will milk you.

Rodney provided top notch service.  I am 8.5mo pregnant- great time for AC failure in central TX!  He was out to my house (which is very out of the way in the country) within 1.5hrs.  They really helped me out in a pinch and have excellent coupons on their website.  I feel confident that the service I received was honest and Rodney was very knowledgeable. We had such a good experience with Jon Wayne!! Our AC broke in the peak of heat of July. We had a home warranty and were trying to go through that to get our AC replaced. The customer service was awful and it was such a slow process. It took a week for the claim to get approved. We decided to cash out of our home warranty and find our own contractor. I found Jon Wayne based on awesome reviews on google. I called them and was so impressed by their customer service and attention to detail. They set up an appointment for someone to come inspect my AC problem. I loved that it was an appointment, not a 4 hour time window that I was expected to be home for, even though they may not show up til after. Kevin showed up promptly for the appointment. He was polite, friendly, and explained EVERYTHING to me. He was thorough and detail-oriented. He went above and beyond and measured my whole house to ensure the AC unit was the right size for an efficient system. He found that we needed more return air and suggested we add a new return air vent. The crew that came and fixed it were also polite and friendly. They did a good job. They scraped up some paint on the trim of the doors next to the attic. The day after they completed the job someone called to see if I was pleased with their work. I told them about the paint that had been damaged. They sent someone to come fix it about 2 weeks later. I am very pleased with the product and customer service! It's more expensive than competitors, but I think it's worth it due to their extensive knowledge, thoroughness, and customer service!
