Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

Kerrville Plumbing did a great job hard wiring our hot tub. They were very professional, courteous, reasonable and quick. I would recommend them and if I have a electrical or plumbing problem in the future I won't hesitate to call them again!

DIY gone wrong....again!  An early morning call to 1st Home and Commercial Services and like magic a plumber by the name of Nathanial is at my door. Friendly,courteous and knowledgeable...all things you want in a Superman.   The numerous times that my DIY's have failed, 1st Commercial has always sent a handi-Superman.

Got a water heater inspection scheduled with them. Jason came over for the initial inspection to check things out. The water heater I had in my house had been unused for years due to the house being vacant before I had bought it. After about 5 minutes of having it on, he found that mineral deposits were burning in the heating element, causing the breaker to short.

Jason said he could come and fix it first thing tomorrow morning, and he wasn't kidding. Luckily I work from home, and I was able to let him into the garage to do his thing. I really appreciated the sense of urgency from him, as no hot water is something I would rather not have lingering...

Within a few hours, Jason installed a brand new water heater and a few extras to help with the longevity of the heater. While the price was a bit high, I knew it was not going to be a cheap fix. The efficiency of Jason made it more than worth it. I can take hot showers now. What a blessing.

Spent 15 minutes replacing a $25 part and when I received the invoice in large letters it said no warranty or guarantee!  What kind of business doesn't guarantee their work at least for 30 days?!
