Best Outlet Installation in San Antonio TX
These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I knew what I needed in replacing our sewer line, and the options I needed quoted. Matthew was easy to communicate with and he understood exactly what we needed. His quote was neither too expensive nor too low, but reasonable for all the options I provided. Matthew was a quality young man, and a good representative of the company.

They charged $69 trip charge and $70 diagnostics fee for serviceman to literally walk from main meter to house, listen to faucets, look at water heater, look at toilets, look at washer and poke a prod down to septic and say yep you have a leak somewhere, it's too rainy and wet for me to find it that took all of at most 20 minutes ( the only reason it took 30 minutes is he was training someone and explaining it all to him as he went) and then the sat inside and told about all the what if's until he billed for 50 minute diagnostics!! Total waste of time and money!! Do not use this company ever!!!

Jose and team have done a couple deck projects for me including replacing the stairs. He is prompt and follows through. They work quickly and he responds quickly. I will definitely use them again.

I called this business because of the positive yelp reviews. My experience was not positive! In fact I feel very taken advantage of by 1st Plumbing. I was told on phone there would be a $50 service charge applied to work done. (Fine, no problem.) When they got here, there was also a $150 trouble shooting fee. Told parts were under warranty but labor cost would be almost $500 and there would be another additional $150 charge to go get the parts needed. So $800 and service charge wasn't even applied to the total! I didn't authroize the transport of parts or the labor, but had to pay the $200 in service and trouble shooting charges. I then called someone else. They were here within an hour, had parts on the truck, and my entire charge was $138. And the best part? What 1st Plumbing said was wrong wasn't even the problem....
I contacted 1st Plumbing twice to see if they wanted to rectify the problem by refunding the $150 trouble shooting charge (and I would be fine paying the $50 service charge). I wasn't even given the courtesy of a response. You would think their professional reputation would matter to them, but apparently not enough to discuss the incident with an unhappy customer. I would continue to go without hot water next time rather than give them another chance.

Over the last year we've spent over $2500 to still NOT have the leak fixed in our system. These idiots just kept filling up the Freon and charging us $91 pound which was our 'discount because we're VIP customers'. We called them out a 3rd time this week, $500 visit and then Cory tells us he found the leak finally after a year and it will cost us $2,400 to fix...the only part is located in San Marcos and they only have one AND he needed to know within a week! Ok Cory, let me drop $3K today when this was supposed to be fixed last December when you charged us $1,400. Company is a SCAM! Their service men are scum, unprofessional, dirty and crooks!!!!! STAY AWAY! We had another company come out yesterday and fixed the leak while adding more Freon because Fox STILL didn't fill it up, just charged us...and they did it for $900.

I can not believe all of the negative reviews on Yelp. Yesterday at 5:00 pm our compressor stopped working and I thought for sure we needed a new compressor. In a panic I called JW at 5:30 and got ahold of an extremely nice service agent. She told me that they would have someone at our home between 8 and 2pm today. I thought that was fast for the hottest day of the year so far. Then I started reading all the negative Yelp reviews and thought I would get screwed and almost cancelled the service call. This morning I had decided to call another company for a second opinion just in case. But at 8:00 this morning we got a call from JW that a tech would be at our house at 9:00 and then he showed up 10 minutes early. Our lead tech was Abel and after he diagnosed our situation he gave me a comprehensive report. I thought here comes the you need a whole new system and $8000 replacement cost sales pitch that I had read in Yelp reviews. Well I was surprised to find out the compressor was fine just all of the electric components and the compressor fan were fried and needed replacements. I am really glad I didn't cancel the service call because by noon we were up and running. I was told we still should have several years left in the life of our system. Our tech was named Abel and he was a true professional in every way. BTW I didn't need to call the other company for a second opinion as I thought the price quoted by Abel was more than fair and reasonable.
Thank you Abel!
