They were so helpful and worked quickly. They also offered a 5% discount for mil/vets which was better than no discount like quite a few companies do. They chained out broken heads, installed new timmer system and explained everything. Great deal, great service and I would recommend them to anyone I know. My system is working like a champ now and I can adjust time with my phone with the new wifi control panel.

Very pleased. Eric gave me a very good price in writing. Told me what he was going to do and that if anything came up after opening ceiling the additional cost wouldn't be more than $300. After opening and inspecting, he determined then would have to go another way. Gave me options including an inexpensive way to address it. HE STOOD BY HIS QUOTE. Called before he arrived. Polite and professional.  Project did not take as long as I had expected. Had me review his work, and ensured everything worked before departing. Very happy. I would definitely recommend PDI in the future, and ask for Eric.

This is a great group to work with. After dealing with another plumbing company who charged sky high prices and didn't resolve issues, we called Kerrville Plumbing and had the pleasure of having Ben, Steve, Daniel and Brian help us out. We've had several things repaired and the prices have always been fair, the work has always been high quality, and the customer service is excellent. They're intelligent, friendly guys that you can feel comfortable having in your home. I have no complaints whatsoever- grateful to have found such a trustworthy and hardworking group of guys!

Ryan came out to fix a leak. He was on time and fixed the issue quickly. They thought they would have to replace an expensive back flow valve. But once the area was exposed they fixed the leak at a much less expensive than first thought.

Just wanted to let everyone know if you need any help with running faucets or running toilets Fox Servicee is top notch. We needed service from them and they sent Shawn Dunlap. The gentleman was very courteous, efficient and respectful of our home. He arrived at the appointed time and did an awesome job. I would Highly Recommend him for any help you need.

On time, professional, and descriptions/explanations are thorough + easily understood. Both AC and heat are significantly less expensive than with my previous unit. I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!
