After talking to Daniella who call her selfthe boss  explained all I needed is an electration to come by and show me where is the PGFI outlet due to no power in couple of my plugs. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.

These guys are respectful and honest. We had two separate issues that needed repair -- one was an easy fix, but the other took several days and trips to our house to get it properly fixed. The wouldn't settle for less than perfect. Ben specifically was incredibly professional - always saying yes,ma'am and wearing shoe covers in my home. They even worked around my 1 year old's nap schedule so their work wouldn't wake him. We will work with them again in the future for sure!

I only used him once, but he came the day after I called. I had lost my remote, bought one at Home Depot, got home and realized the receiver in the fan housing had to be changed out. I had called several places who were very expensive or would come in a couple of weeks. Repalo was quick, reasonably priced and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

We have used Austex in the past for fixing some sprinkler issues and they were great. This review is about an outdoor lighting project they did for us recently.

We have a 15 year old outdoor low voltage lighting system that has over 50 lights consisting of up lights, path lights and fountain lights etc. The system was completely out and no lights were working. We got multiple bids to fix it from some of the highly rated outdoor lighting companies on yelp. We were told by all the others that to fix the system would cost the same as installing a new system and all their bids were for new installations.

Austex came up with a bid to fix the system and their bid utilized our existing system and included trouble shooting and fixing/replacing the broken components which was exactly what we were looking for. It was a very comprehensive bid for a very reasonable cost. The quote process, setting appointment times, actual appointments, all were all handled in an extremely professional manner. Because of the freezing rain we had recently they had to reschedule once and we were notified by both email and telephone call. Josh was our main technician and he did an excellent job. For one stretch, he had to run new wiring through our lawn to install 5 path lights and did such a good job that the grass looks totally undisturbed. We are very pleased with the end results and highly recommend Austex Sprinklers for your outdoor lighting needs.

Wow. Called and asked if I need to reschedule because I had airbnb tenants in until 2p. They said no, they will stop by after. Of course, they showed up at 1p and got turned away. Then proceeded to charge me 49 dollars...not to mention it was supposed to be 39. Then when I called, no refund issued. Unbelievably bad.

Returned my call for service approximately 10 days after I made the initial contact requesting help with an ac unit that suddenly and unexpectedly stopped working. Had no AC in the house and requested an advisor to quote for a complete system, condenser, coil, and furnace. Never heard back. In the meantime had 4 other contractors come out evaluate my concerns and offered solutions. Ultimately choose a professional company with a great parts AND Labor warranty. Couldn't be more happy with my new Carrier unit. Sorry John  Wayne maybe you have more business than you can handle or maybe I just fell through the cracks, but my family needed relief from the heat and humidity all through STAR testing and in my opinion you all failed miserably

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!
