Highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing!! They were knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were efficient in the repair and well priced for the high quality of service.

This company sold me a water softener and left before giving any instructions on its use.  They didn't bring the correct cords for installation and so they took an old one from my garage that was 50 feet long and left it on the ground in the middle of the garage!  I have three kids and this is a complete hazard.  It ended up tripping my electricity upstairs and so I had to call to get a different plumber to fix!  For $1600 you would think you would get quality, but lesson learned, I will never use them again!

I selected Pro-Plumbing Works to upgrade my back-flow system to meet the new county specifications, based on nearly 8 quotes from other plumbers.  Their quote was nearly the lowest, offered quick turnaround time and used the best recommended back flow valve for the job.  The plumber, Radames, was late because of an emergency, BUT I was notified several times that he would be late for our appointment.  Once here the work was done in the highest professional manner, and installed the back flow valve to specifications.  Importantly, there was no corner cutting as with other installations in our neighborhood.  Specifically, he dug down directly to the water line and constructed the assembly with new copper all the way from the house water line to the valve and back to the water line.  Other installations cut the old copper pipe at ground level and inserted the new valve leaving pipes that were installed 17 years ago still in the ground with 2 additional connections (future failure points.). This one thing indicated to me that a.) knowledge of plumbing, b.) desire to do the best job possible c.) Going the extra mile to insure a quality job and d.) they held to the quoted price even if it should have been more based on the job performed.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Came home from a Sunday on a the beach to a clogged drain -ugh- holiday weekend I expected a slow response if any and a huge BILL- the fellow who came to my house communicated well before arriving at 10:00 PM - I asked how late do you work - I felt bad calling on a Sunday night and that late  but he said don't worry - he Worked really hard to fix my drain - worked clean and safe never had to come in the house I could not have been more pleased with his effort and outcomes - I can not express my satisfaction enough - job WELL Done !! It is so refreshing to have the customer experience I had - he gave me some items to think about to prevent another scenario like that and some other issues I had been meaning to address... full confidence this company can come back and do the work that needs to be done to Resolve all my plumbing concern... if you need a reliable honest smart courteous company by all means call clog king - even showed me better ways to use Venmo I did not know!! Jack or frank was the fellows name sorry I'm just not good with names anymore - they are the best, the best!!!!!

We had a garbage disposal that was leaking and needed replacing. Adam came right over and replaced it in the same morning I called him. He was fast and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Guardian Plumbing for future work.

She came out on short notice to give an estimate, and even though she was a little late, she called to let my renter know.  When she arrived, she took nothing for granted and double checked for herself. It turned out that the work 2 other plumbers said would run into the thousands was really only minor, and she fixed it on the spot. I don't know how she'll do on big jobs, but I won't hesitate to find out. She's at the top of my list next time I need a plumber.

Do not use Everyday Plumbers! Everyday plumbers took advantage of me. They charged me $1300 to change a shower handle and broke my drain/shoe while they were working. They told me it was my old plumbing and wasn't their fault. I begged and pleaded and they still insisted I pay for the services that were done. Being upset and stressed I just paid them. Turns out they charge $198 per hour!! They did say they would have to take the tub out to fix the shoe but they would take $600 off the price. ($2800-600=$2200). They would also break the tiles and I would have to have a contractor come and re do the tiles. This was going to be well into the $3000 range on top of the $1300 I already paid! I got a lot of advice and a bunch of estimates to fix the drain/shoe and everyone told me I was ripped off by this company. That they should have fixed it or given me a huge discount off the $1300. Bath Fitters are the ones I am using to re do my tub. They were the best price! Very honest and shocked by what I paid. They are cutting the tub to fix the shoe and placing a tub fitter over the existing tub and it has a lifetime warranty! Way less than what everyday plumbers wanted to charge me to fix what they broke!!
I want to warn people about Everyday plumbers. Several other contractors and plumbers said that job should never have cost $1300! Also I would like to stress that the only reason I used them is because the HOA recommended them and they assured me they knew about the old plumbing there. Every day plumbers also told me this rarely ever happens. So if it rarely ever happens why didn't they make it right with me? I deserve better treatment than this. Don't make the mistake I did. Go with another company!!!
