Best Sump Pump Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

I am a renter, and my landlord has some rules I have to follow.  My bathroom sink started to leak, and according to the lease, I needed someone to come and identify the problem and repair it.   I went to Yelp to find who was recommended and put out a request for a quote.  The company I expected to provide a quote never got back to me - but Prendi Plumbing was quick with a quote, I provided photos, and they updated the quote.  They managed to come into my house and make the repair while I was at work - and managed to fix everything so that it was better than when I first signed my lease a year ago.

I would gladly recommend Prendi Plumbing and would hire them again if I needed more plumbing repairs around the house.

I was opening a new store and the plumbing was a wreak. I had a dead line to met to get the store open and just a little too stressed out. The owner of the company came to my store to see how he could help. It was not just lip service they did a great job. I have never seen service that quick and helpful. Absolutely amazing. They also totally stand behind their work and do everything they can to make the customer happy.

We had tenants in the home and needed to get a clog fixed ASAP - Ivan was quick to respond and able to get a technician out within a few hours. He even quoted the job for the drain cleanout + installation of a new toilet over the phone prior to coming out and stuck to it! No other companies would give me any sort of estimate over the phone or could come out as quickly. Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.
Now my kitchen is back in business and have them to thank.

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

We had a leak in the kitchen sink. The service man fixed the leak but made a mess and billed a lot for the work that was done. We'll be looking for a new plumber the next time we need one.

My next door neighbor had them come out. They had the nerve to use my hose and rinsed there equipment off behind my mobile home! Leaving a pool of sewer water in the grass. So unprofessional, I told them we walk through here in  our bare feet along with our grandchildren and pets. He didn't say nothing to me he turned around and went out to the van. No apology no nothing. I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything! The rating is zero!

I contacted this business 4-5 times after their service. They did not respond. I contacted through email and text multiple days at different times with questions with no response. This cost me $215 because they did not respond to update my invoice. I also had an estimate completed from them and I am cancelling this as they did not help with the previous service. They never followed up with me about that estimate. I can't use a place that does not respond and lacks professionalism. Would NOT recommend.

Romos quoted a job at $2,100 because it would take 3 plumbers all day.  3 hours later they were done and no adjustment was made in the billing. I won't be using them again.

Kenny and his team are the best! They've fixed up several plumbing issues in my condo, some big and some small. I trust them to do the job right and I really appreciate their professionalism. I wish all contractors operated by their standards!

Ryan came out today to address a draining issue we had in one of our rental properties. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a genuinely concerned approach to addressing our problem from start to finish. Ryan was more than happy to share information with us and not hide from us the services he was going to perform, which is what I've experienced from some house maintenance industries in the past. Look no further for all your pluming issues. Tampa Bay Plumbers is not only fairly priced but their work ethic is light years ahead of what most competitors would provide.

Two Very helpful men showed up to take care of a kitchen sink plumbing issue. They ended up on top of the roof working hard to work the snake through our pipes. Was finishing up the the tub started filling with black water! They loosened something up and shifted focus to the bathtub. They were very polite, informative and fast to respond within the same day. Will go with them if we are in this situation again.

I always worry when I have to call a plumber as I am a 70 year old woman and had no referrals that I could depend upon. I am so happy that I found these guys, a family owned company. From a warm welcome on the phone by Alicia to Dave Price, the plumber, who came out, explained to me what was wrong, the pricing, did the work in a professional way and cleaned up when it was done. He didn't try to up-sell me or gouge me. He treated me like I was his grandma and made me feel like a valued customer and friend. I can't say enough good things about this company and it's employees. I recommend them highly, if I could give them 10 stars I would.
