Tampa Bay Plumbing saved the day! It was the middle of the week on my way to work when I saw the flood in the garage. I realized it was coming from the water heater. We had it installed through Tampa Bay Plumbing 1 1/2 ago. I called them as soon as I got into work. I spoke with one of the dispatchers and explained that I wouldn't be able to get home till 3 o'clock. It was then after another call that the owner of Tampa Bay plumbing called me back. It seems like in today's society it's so difficult to find a company that will stand behind their business. I was so impressed and taken back with Tampa bay Plumbing ,when the owner Wayne Ritchie, called me back personally to discuss the different possible reasons for the water.  He then personally offered to come and look at the situation. I was at a loss for words, a owner putting the customers first. I was able to take the time off work and meet Wayne at the house. He did this at no cost to me. After carefully checking all the pipes and lines, he put mind my mind at ease and explained it was the water heater needed an expansion valve. Over the next few days a serviceman named  was sent to the house to complete installation, He was so polite and helpful and spent his time helping with the installation, both carefully and quickly. Both men from Tampa bay Plumbing treated me with respect and kindness . It's amazing that companies and that are willing to treat customers like family and make sure they meet their customers needs. My family and I are loyal customers and will continue to be . I will also share my story of the kindness and dedication of the company.

Heavenly plumbing has now done four  separate jobs for me.  Call me crazy, but I don't even ask for an  estimate for the little jobs or get other quotes in advance.  I simply  text photos/videos of my issue, and Ivan sends one or two of his guys to  take care of it.  

For the two big jobs they did for me,  including a gas water heater replacement, I did get other estimates and  none of the other companies could beat Heavenly's price, let alone the  level of customer service and professionalism that Ivan and his people  provide.  Ivan's guys are so incredibly attentive, polite, professional  and hard-working.  I have found My plumber!

Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.
Now my kitchen is back in business and have them to thank.

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

I was having trouble replacing a water valve & supply line to one of my toilets.  After numerous unsuccessful attempts to do it myself, I had to call in a pro.  I wanted a local firm with high reviews & a verified license.  I found Next Level Plumbing after a Yelp search.  I appreciated being reminded of my appointment the day prior, and was able to change it if needed.  My window was from 8-10am, but was pleased when I was texted just after 8am that Ethan T. was en route & that I could track his vehicle.  Ethan was very professional, gave me a quote for the valve & supply line I'd already purchased (which he cautioned against using because of their shorter expected lifespan & because he couldn't warrant them; and a higher quote for those same items he brought with him which were under warranty.  I chose the latter quote.  Ethan got the new valve & water supply line installed with no problem.  He also stayed to ensure that there were no leaks once the water was turned back on.  I give 5 stars for Ethan's professionalism & service.  However, now that I know that the National Avg Cost (labor & materials) for this type of service is quite a bit less than what I paid, the cost gets 3 stars.  Averaged out, my final rating is 4 stars.  I do recommend Next Level Plumbing, though next time I will be certain to check prices beforehand.

Needed a Plummer fast on a Friday afternoon @4:30pm. James arrived in 45 minutes, had everything solved in less than a hour. Very professional, explained everything before starting, very neat too. I highly recommend.

I contacted this business 4-5 times after their service. They did not respond. I contacted through email and text multiple days at different times with questions with no response. This cost me $215 because they did not respond to update my invoice. I also had an estimate completed from them and I am cancelling this as they did not help with the previous service. They never followed up with me about that estimate. I can't use a place that does not respond and lacks professionalism. Would NOT recommend.

Romo's Plumbing restored my faith in service and quality. They took my call and had a quote to me in less than two hours. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will be using them again!

I put in a request on Yelp to have plumbers contact me about a clog. Kenny responded quickly & seemed very professional. Kenny said he felt running the snake from the roof was our best option. He also stated he does not feel it's right to charge for a camera to be run after the drain is unclogged. He offered to come out within the hour for $550. He was going to have to come back the next morning anyways since his other guy had the camera. We said we would just wait until morning. It was so late (10pm)

The next morning Kyle arrived promptly at 9am. They were honestly the most prompt plumbers I've ever met. I showed Kyle where to access the crawl space to get under the house. He chose to just run the snake from the front yard.

Kyle never did go onto the roof or under the house. He did eventually break the clog loose & proceeded to clean up. I asked for the camera footage. He did not run the camera. I asked him to do so. He then ran it but, I do not feel it was ran properly as his diagnosis was not accurate. It also took him less than 5 mins to run the camera ... I didn't think much of it since Kyle said I did not need the footage. This was Thursday morning.

On Saturday my husband took off to replace the section of pipe that Kyle said was wrong. We ended up putting a level on the pipes, under the house. The angles were accurate. I called Kenny to ask for the camera footage that we should of received when Kyle ran it. Kenny was a bit upset that we were not given that footage when we paid for the job. It's also my experience that snaking the drains  from the roof is twice the price, I was however ok as long as it was completed. Here we were on a Saturday trying to fix this issue but we could not get the footage we were promised. Kenny said he did not have the camera, it was in Kyle's truck & he was off for the weekend. This is the reason I did not give 5 stars. We had to delay repairing the pipe due to Kyle not completing the job as promised. We had to wait for Kenny to retrieve the camera on Monday. Then he showed up on Monday. The diagnosis Kyle had given was not accurate. Unfortunately we wasted a weekend & canceled a job that we had scheduled had Kyle done the job properly the first time, we wouldn't be in that predicament. It's my opinion he either didn't know what he was looking at or he did not run the camera & just pretended he did. Kyle said the cast iron was in good condition. Kenny said it needed to be replaced. Kyle said it was the angle of the pipe. It was the size of the pipes not matching up.

Kenny however crawled under the house, ran the camera & discovered the issue. It was nothing at all what Kyle said but, at least he stood by his service & came back at my request. This is why they received 4 stars. Tbh... Kenny deserves 5 stars & Kyle deserves 3... I have already recommended them to a few people.

My only other observation is... you might need a second camera to keep on the bosses truck. Twice we needed it & it was on the other truck. If you're running a camera for nearly every job, it might be a good investment to have a back up.

In closing I do recommend Elite Plumbing. Kenny is the owner & he stands behind his work. If something is not right, Kenny does what he can to make it right. If you're in need of plumbing repairs, I highly recommend Elite Plumbing.

I'm pretty demanding of good service & this experience was absolutely perfect.  I'm an out of state property owner & did everything via computer & phone.  Matt Findley was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, responsible, on time & solved the problem.

Two Very helpful men showed up to take care of a kitchen sink plumbing issue. They ended up on top of the roof working hard to work the snake through our pipes. Was finishing up the the tub started filling with black water! They loosened something up and shifted focus to the bathtub. They were very polite, informative and fast to respond within the same day. Will go with them if we are in this situation again.

Just called to get an estimate for a hot water heater replacement in a rental apt I own.
The receptionist said the estimate would be $129. non refundable deposit. WHAAAT!  She said they charged landlord's that deposit because they had some bad experiences with landlords not paying.  So she put me through to the owner Mike.  When I asked him about this policy, he said Well, you don't have to use us.  OK, I won't. It may be policy, but that sounds like discrimination to me.  Most people don't know this, but professionals can easily put a workman's lien on your property if you don't pay per contract.  So it appears this company doesn't want to take jobs from property owner's that rent out to tenants.  That's discrimination.  I've been a landlord for 45 years & never have been treated so poorly by any professional.  I may report this to the Construction Industry Licensing Board.
