On time all the time clean area when he leaves after job and let's you know everything about what he is doing and will always be honest and forthwith about any plumbing issue that needs to addressed. I feel so fortunate to have had this company recommended to me. Ive had issues with my cast iron lines for 1.5 years and have had MANY different plumbers come to my house do the bare minimum and have back up the following day and try tell me that they dont guarantee their work. $ 500-1000 each time is just beyond ridiculous for such a company to not try to make things right to a paying customer...

Robbie and Chuck were my service men, THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Ive never had guys that genuinely cared for the way I had been living with my plumbing issues.I went over a month that I could not shower, could not use the bathrooms and had to start using plastic utensils in fear that the water back ups which occurred so rapidly with water use, would continue to cause damage in my house and come up dirty.

Both gentlemen were clean with their work and informative. Worked very efficiently together and went the extra mile for me. This was my 2nd Hydro-jetting done in less than 2 months. Robbie snaked my lines from ALL access points, did a Pre-wash then ran a camera to see my lines conditions. My graduated was extended when I saw them Hydro-Jetting from every line and not just my main line (like the last company)...even my roof stack vent!  I was even provided with the videos taken from each line.
All my lines had so much built up and are in bad condition that im sure that was the reason I kept having issues- minimal work from past companies to have them keep coming out...WHICH DOES NOT build life long customers! Tampa Bay Plumbing has a life long customer with me and as a Realtor I WILL CONTINUE  to recommend to my associates and clients to call TB Plumbing!!!! Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

Great honest plumber. I hired him to replace my faucet and bought one at Home Depot for him to install. He told me my existing faucet would be replaced for free if I called Moen. I called and got a new one delivered then called Evan told him I had it and he came and installed the new one. I wouldn't have known about getting a replacement from the company if Evan hadn't told me.

Best service, prices, everything bar none. I would use them for soo much more if they were close to me in California. I called the owner, who was very down to earth and helpful, we were trying to help family get the water heater going and it was new years eve. They went above and beyond to help. Not only did the price come in substantially lower than the other plumbing company, they were very helpful and did more than needed. When I see this sort of service, which is rare, I take time to write up an honorable mention. Thank you Jones and Sons...I can see why you have stay I'm business for generations. Please support this local business, they are amazing.

Charged us travel time from the time they left their facility & to return to their facility. Total of $340. Swapped out our Teco thermostat but did not ask before they did this.

Romos quoted a job at $2,100 because it would take 3 plumbers all day.  3 hours later they were done and no adjustment was made in the billing. I won't be using them again.

I have been on the hunt for a new plumber for a while and I think we finally found one!
We called Tampa Bay Plumbers after our second sewage back up in less than 3 months.  It wasn't a complete emergency- but I called at 1am to schedule someone out for the next day.

Trevor showed up on time in the scheduled window of 4-6pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got right to snaking the sewage line. He told me up front what the cost would be ($250).  Well, 3 hours, 90 feet of snake, and several camera runs later, he finally got the drain line running without clogging back up. After the first snake run, it appeared the water was flowing, but he insisted we try to overload it to ensure clearance- and he was correct- after a few minutes, it clogged back up again. Trevor was patient and persistent into getting to the problem.  He was determined not to leave us with a clogged pipe. By the end of it, he had filled it up for several minutes with the garden hose and all was running well.  I thought for sure the time he spent there was at least going to double the price - but nope, price for the service remained consistent.

Trevor chatted with me through the time he was there, answering some random plumbing questions I had, and was overall very nice.

I will definitely be calling Tampa Bay Plumbers (and hopefully getting Trevor- though from the reviews it seems like many of the guys are great) for all my future plumbing needs!  Thank you guys!!

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.
Then to find out the jetting they did accomplished nothing. See pipe picture .

Just called to get an estimate for a hot water heater replacement in a rental apt I own.
The receptionist said the estimate would be $129. non refundable deposit. WHAAAT!  She said they charged landlord's that deposit because they had some bad experiences with landlords not paying.  So she put me through to the owner Mike.  When I asked him about this policy, he said Well, you don't have to use us.  OK, I won't. It may be policy, but that sounds like discrimination to me.  Most people don't know this, but professionals can easily put a workman's lien on your property if you don't pay per contract.  So it appears this company doesn't want to take jobs from property owner's that rent out to tenants.  That's discrimination.  I've been a landlord for 45 years & never have been treated so poorly by any professional.  I may report this to the Construction Industry Licensing Board.
