I needed some new toilets installed and when this business answered the phone I was so excited as they came out the same day.  What a great experience working with Pauli! Not only did he complete the job on time, but he graciously hauled away the old fixtures and was so efficient. On top of that, he was such a nice person and easy to be around. And his price was fair.

I won't use any other plumber. They are always fast, fair and keep you updated on when they are arriving. If you have an emergency like when I had to turn the water off to my house, they will do everything they can to get someone over to you. Nice family owned business.

As a result of a leak in the pipe under our mobile home, we had to turn the water off. I called Curtis plumbing and spoke with Danielle. She was very understanding and told us she could have someone out the next morning. Chris came out, quickly assessed the situation and repaired the pipe. He was very professional and courteous. A great experience all around from the customer service to the actual repair. Thank you!

I needed some sewer lines traced in my yard for a fencing crew.  Gave Romo's a call and Justin came out within two hours!  While there, he inspected the lines and made suggestions on how to keep the pipes in good shape.  He was very professional, didn't create other problems, and was finished in no time.  Hopefully I won't need a plumber for a while, but if I do, it will be Romo's.

They responded quickly and completely the job quickly as well. Fixed the issue and the Plumber was very professional and friendly.

Only issue is the job I had ended up being very minor. Roughly $50 part and 30 minute job for about $430 dollars. Feels kinda expensive for what the job was. I didn't price shop plumbers so idk if this is actually expensive for replacing a tubs cartridge ‍

But results matter in the end and they were friendly and fixed the issue

I am fairly new to Florida and I'm in the property management business. As many know it is so hard to find loyal, hard working vendors in this industry. I began using Tampa Bay Plumbers at one of my properties and trusted their services and crew so much I brought them over to my new community. Mike Benson especially is a top notch professional. He leads his crew with integrity and is always responsive and professional. Thank you to Tampa Bay Plumbers consistency I will continue to utilize them for all of my plumbing needs.

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.
Then to find out the jetting they did accomplished nothing. See pipe picture .

Be aware they charge a $29.95 service charge which will go toward your service IF you decide to use them - no free estimates. The receptionist did tell us about this ridiculous charge when we made the appointment, but our past experience with them convince us to go ahead. We needed a double compartment sink replaced with a single compartment sink which we had already purchased. The estimate - $2,350!!! Naturally the plumbing needed to be disconnected and perhaps rerouted UNDER THE SINK, but $2,350? We used this company for our complete kitchen remodel eight years ago and were extremely satisfied, but we are now grateful there are other plumbing companies we can contact. EveryDayPlumber is a major rip-off in our opinbion.
