I am so happy that I called Prendi Plumbing. I needed some new toilets installed and when this business answered the phone I was so excited as they came out the same day.  What a great experience working with Pauli! Not only did he complete the job on time, but he graciously hauled away the old fixtures and was so efficient. On top of that, he was such a nice person and easy to be around. And his price was fair.
Don't bother calling anyone else in  the Clearwater/Tampa area. You'll be so pleased with the results and the entire experience working with Prendi Plumbing.

A young man was sent out to help me with a nonfunctional bathtub drain . He had a lot of trouble and another young man joined him. Together they still struggled and as this was the day before thanksgiving , I assumed they would liKely give up and want to leave without completing the job. That's exactly what happened. The first one said he had to leave and the other was really rude when I asked hiM to please complete the job as my little guy was suffering a groin injury and needed  to bathe. His attitude was horrible and he did eventually say he had to leave as well but he left a heavy drAin that would at least allow the tub to fill. He was very aggressive in nature.

After the holiday a really smart, respectful, nice guy showed up and completed the job within an hour. I would never use this company again because I wouldn't want to risk getting the new kid who knew nothing or the angry asshole who just didn't want to do the job anyway. I'm giving 2 stars for the guy who finished the job - he was very pleasant to work with and would have loved to give that fellow 5 stars.

We had tenants in the home and needed to get a clog fixed ASAP - Ivan was quick to respond and able to get a technician out within a few hours. He even quoted the job for the drain cleanout + installation of a new toilet over the phone prior to coming out and stuck to it! No other companies would give me any sort of estimate over the phone or could come out as quickly. Really impressed with the level of service and quality of work (he sent pics since we weren't there!) Highly recommend! Thanks, Ivan!

Little did I know when I met Matt at the dog park did I understand I found a great plumber and even better human being.
Matt came in my hour of need and unclogged a severely  stopped up drain in my kitchen.
He and his partner were prompt efficient and got the job done.
They cleaned the area and left it better than they found it.
Now my kitchen is back in business and have them to thank.

I was having trouble replacing a water valve & supply line to one of my toilets.  After numerous unsuccessful attempts to do it myself, I had to call in a pro.  I wanted a local firm with high reviews & a verified license.  I found Next Level Plumbing after a Yelp search.  I appreciated being reminded of my appointment the day prior, and was able to change it if needed.  My window was from 8-10am, but was pleased when I was texted just after 8am that Ethan T. was en route & that I could track his vehicle.  Ethan was very professional, gave me a quote for the valve & supply line I'd already purchased (which he cautioned against using because of their shorter expected lifespan & because he couldn't warrant them; and a higher quote for those same items he brought with him which were under warranty.  I chose the latter quote.  Ethan got the new valve & water supply line installed with no problem.  He also stayed to ensure that there were no leaks once the water was turned back on.  I give 5 stars for Ethan's professionalism & service.  However, now that I know that the National Avg Cost (labor & materials) for this type of service is quite a bit less than what I paid, the cost gets 3 stars.  Averaged out, my final rating is 4 stars.  I do recommend Next Level Plumbing, though next time I will be certain to check prices beforehand.

I needed plumbing installed in my shed for a washing machine.  I received a prompt response for my request for a quote.  Jake was professional and on time!  The quote was explained thoroughly and work began as agreed.  Everything went as planned from start to finish.  Great Work!  I will be giving their name to my friends for their plumbing needs.

Like any good service provider or doctor, when you find one you can trust you'll follow them ANYWHERE they go. That's our experience with Curtis!! We got to know Curtis when he was with a large plumbing company that will remain unnamed. While he was with them the service we received was straight forward and honest HOWEVER after Curtis left we found out the hard way that the on-site plumbers were now being expected to sell maintenance contracts. Ours was signed back in January and to date we've not received a SINGLE follow up call to schedule the routine service that is part of the maintenance contract we signed. Not only that, when we were having the plumbing issue back in January we were given a hard sell to have a mainline clean-out drain installed for an astronomical amount. Needless to say, a month ago when we were having a plugged kitchen drain issue we DIDN'T contact the large plumbing company we had the maintenance contract with...we tracked down Curtis and he's our plumber from now until the end of time! It's nice to know that when Curtis walks in the door we will once again get the same straight forward and honest service HE provided before because that's the kind of business owner Curtis is! Don't ever change man!!

Couldn't have asked for a more professional and courteous response to my sewer backup problem. Contacted Romo's Sunday night and got an immediate response, a service tech was on site first thing Monday morning. Not only did they fix my issue they cleaned and sanitized all affected areas. Fair pricing and hard working only begins to describe my complete satisfaction for services rendered!

Bottom line...excellent.  They were the only ones who responded on a late Monday night.  Came in Tuesday, identified the problem and fixed it by Tuesday night.  Great service, very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY NICE and a VERY reasonable price.  Will be calling them again and recommend them to all.

Tampa Bay Plumbers just finished installing a water heater for us after our old one started leaking.  They scheduled a repair in less than 24 hours, arrived right on time (called just prior to arriving), and made the whole thing a quick and efficient job.  The two men were professional, friendly and couldn't have been better.  We recommend them highly.

Do Not Use! I had a back up in January they came out and snaked it. Charged $800. The guy tore my TP holder from the wall-didn't bother mentioning it to me. I called the office and they did send someone out to fix.
Had another issue in August so I called them again. They came out and started snaking. Was told a camera was needed to be done at a cost of $2500. I agreed not knowing I was being taken for a ride. Was told they jetted it to clean out sewer due to roots from palm tree.  They were here all day ruined my rug and was told I needed my sewer line replaced. (10 feet of it)  bid was $4650 from them.
I have since called 6 other companies with master plumbers. Each were substantially cheaper then Mr Rooter. Snaking would have been $150-200.
Camera with jetting $500-$700.
Replacement of sewer pipe $1000-3000 depending on how much needed replaced.

In the end I used Continental Plumbing.  Mr Webster was to the point and knowledgable. He is a local to Tampa so he understands the laws and what is needed here. My end charge for sewer replacement was $800.

Please do not use Mr Rooter. It is very sad to see how much I was taken advantage of.

Just called to get an estimate for a hot water heater replacement in a rental apt I own.
The receptionist said the estimate would be $129. non refundable deposit. WHAAAT!  She said they charged landlord's that deposit because they had some bad experiences with landlords not paying.  So she put me through to the owner Mike.  When I asked him about this policy, he said Well, you don't have to use us.  OK, I won't. It may be policy, but that sounds like discrimination to me.  Most people don't know this, but professionals can easily put a workman's lien on your property if you don't pay per contract.  So it appears this company doesn't want to take jobs from property owner's that rent out to tenants.  That's discrimination.  I've been a landlord for 45 years & never have been treated so poorly by any professional.  I may report this to the Construction Industry Licensing Board.
