I went through Home Depot to get my flooring and during the project they needed to seal my concrete slab because of some moisture. They did a horrible job then tried to say it was my fault because there is a leak in my pipes which I didn't believe. I knew they just did a bad job.
Dave the Leak Guy came by and did a thorough job testing my pipe system and discovered I had zero leak issues. This guy was knowledgeable and experienced as well as friendly and respectful. He knew his stuff and it sure showed. If you have any leak concerns call this company and get Dave the Leak Guy out there to figure it out. You won't be disappointed.

Andy and crew were friendly prompt and got my leaks found and fixed in a day and a half. And for a great price. He listened to my needs (not wanting to tear into the terrazzo flooring) and came up with the perfect solution. I will definitely always tell everyone to use them :)

Clayton and Michael from Bella plumbing built a new sewer for my residence a day before the threatening hurricane Ian  .  They promised me they would finish it in a-day and they delivered. Their work ethics are superb as well as their workmanship.   Problems with fencing?  They come up with a plan & solution on how to get onto your property and get the work done. They are fair to the client and they're fair to themselves . Will not gouge you like other companies.   I highly recommend them. I asked them if they were sure about the price,  I wanted to pay them more!

I wish I had called Wallace Plumbing right away!  I had a clogged AC condensate drain line and first called a local company that specializes in clogged drains.  They were not prepared to deal with 1 inch or smaller diameter PVC piping used with AC condensate lines in condominiums.  They went through all of the rodding, vacuuming and chemicals, cut 4 or 5 holes in my walls and never could unclog the lines.  They charged me for all of the time they spent accomplishing nothing except putting holes in my walls.  Cody Wallace came in and solved the problem, got the right parts and replaced the drain line in under an hour.  His service is fast, friendly and smart.  His pricing is reasonable and fair.  I will use Cody for all of my plumbing needs going forward.  Thank you Cody!

I called this company at 7:30AM. Whoever answered (the owner I assume) was incredibly professional and on point. It's now 9AM same-day and all my issues are fixed for a reasonable price. A+

Called in make a non emergency service appointment. Was told a two hour window, did not happen. Was given a later two hour window, did not happen. Was given a time and finally showed up 45 minutes after said time. Sent a camera down the line. Screen was about 4 inches wide and scratched so badly I could really see nothing. Tech said I had three options. First to run liner at appox 20K, second to run new line from foundation to street because of roots, 5K and then third to hydrojet systen at 2K. I called another company. They had a camera with a 12 inch screen clear as day. No roots! Did see a pair of ladies leak proof undies in the line and removed them. System works fine. My mother-in-law will not do this again.

Recommended by John Knab at WinSupply Co.  Joel was great....good communication beforehand, and he showed up when he said that he would.  He installed a Toto UltraMax one-piece toilet, a new Moen kitchen sink faucet, and a new bar sink and faucet in my outdoor kitchen. He also evaluated my home for a Halo water conditioning unit.

All three work well and look super.  Joel had to Sawzall the opening in the outdoor kitchen sink in order to drop the new, slightly larger sink in, but he had all the tools that he needed, and got on it.  His rates are reasonable, and he knows what he is doing, so he didn't waste any time (or my money).  I definitely recommend him to anyone for these kind of jobs.

They kindly accommodated us on a short and urgent notice but I was disappointed by the organization of the team. We called for an emergency need at my grandmother's home. The office staff didn't have any information to offer me when I called for an update. They claimed they didn't know what it would cost or when it would be done. I asked for an invoice and never got one. I received a call at 9:30am the Monday following indicating the plumber was on his way and he didn't show up until nearly 11:45am. My grandmother thought it would be done Sunday and it wasn't completed till Monday. There was an overall lack of attention to detail and the whole process was very confusing. I'm trying to help my grandmother organize and it was extremely difficult to do so with this team. They got the job done and as far as I know my grandmother has no complaints about the work.

Evan was at our condo on time.   Only a few hours after I sent a request for help.   He was very polite and explained everything to me.   He practiced social distancing.   Problem solved!   We will contact NLP in the future with any issues we have!

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

Father and son came out to the property to install a stacked washer and gas dryer. The installation was not straightforward, as I needed the stack to be flush against the wall for cabinetry to enclose both units. They were patient and demonstrated thoughtful professionalism. I had a requirement that dryer venting use the Dryerbox product to minimize the total depth of the system. While they didn't normally work with third-party products like this (or vent dryers), they made it work. When the dryer wouldn't go completely flush using a straight gas connector that they normally stock in the truck, they ran out to get a right-angle adapter.

During the same visit, Antone's plumbing corrected the drain system under my kitchen sink. It required removing an appliance and cutting drywall back to a main line, so they could create a better angle. They could have easily taken an easier route, but it was clear they thought through the problem and recommended the CORRECT solution even though the process would be more involved, time-consuming, and costly.

I am a renter, and my landlord has some rules I have to follow.  My bathroom sink started to leak, and according to the lease, I needed someone to come and identify the problem and repair it.   I went to Yelp to find who was recommended and put out a request for a quote.  The company I expected to provide a quote never got back to me - but Prendi Plumbing was quick with a quote, I provided photos, and they updated the quote.  They managed to come into my house and make the repair while I was at work - and managed to fix everything so that it was better than when I first signed my lease a year ago.

I would gladly recommend Prendi Plumbing and would hire them again if I needed more plumbing repairs around the house.

My water heater in the garage started leaking. It wasn't a big leak, so I wasn't getting flooded. It was a leak, though. I got a phone number from a friend called the number and waited for him to call. He didn't. I put one call into Formula Plumbing Service and had two repairmen at my door within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the leaky stainless steel web pipe that was the culprit. They had the materials with them and replaced both of them in about an hour and a half. I would use them again, although I hope I don't need them.

Excellent communication, showed up when they said they would (unlike the previous 3 companies I tried). David was great and insightful, highly recommend using them.

We found ourselves in a new (to us) home with a garbage disposal that wouldn't work. I phoned Richard C.
