My next door neighbor had them come out. They had the nerve to use my hose and rinsed there equipment off behind my mobile home! Leaving a pool of sewer water in the grass. So unprofessional, I told them we walk through here in  our bare feet along with our grandchildren and pets. He didn't say nothing to me he turned around and went out to the van. No apology no nothing. I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything! The rating is zero!

Called in make a non emergency service appointment. Was told a two hour window, did not happen. Was given a later two hour window, did not happen. Was given a time and finally showed up 45 minutes after said time. Sent a camera down the line. Screen was about 4 inches wide and scratched so badly I could really see nothing. Tech said I had three options. First to run liner at appox 20K, second to run new line from foundation to street because of roots, 5K and then third to hydrojet systen at 2K. I called another company. They had a camera with a 12 inch screen clear as day. No roots! Did see a pair of ladies leak proof undies in the line and removed them. System works fine. My mother-in-law will not do this again.

I wanted to wait Two weeks after H.I.P Home Service & Drain completed service at my home( Tampa Fl) to post so it would not be an emotional review.  The moment Mr H introduced himself until the time he cleaned up the job site he was friendly and professional.  He first gave me an assessment of the job duties, time line and price to which I agreed.  Over the years I have become all to familiar with plumbing and draining company's but this was the first service call needed in our newly purchased home ( 24 months ago).  Mr H craftsmanship is second to NONE.  His knowledge of older homes plumbing systems are second to none.  The saying goes you get what you pay for in relation to my experience has me IN THE PLUS COLUMN.  This is the first positive review I have posted on Yelp and it is well deserving.   Any homeowner would be doing themselves a disservice if they use any other company.

Curtis plumbing definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We went through multiple plumbers to get someone knowledgeable and trusting to repipe our whole house and they did an amazing job. It took 3 days for them to complete the job because it was an older home, but Curtis was here everyday working along side another worker and was great at communicating with me about any complications they ran into which was only one.  Above all else they repaired all the drywall where they needed to cut through and extra holes from previous issues that he saw and offered to repair, which other plumbers were trying to charge extra or didn't fix them at all. He was very honest about it all and  I will definitely be using his company in the future!

Don't call Friend's Plumbing!  I called and made an appointment for them to install bathtub fixtures and a new toilet.  They said they would be here between 3 and 5.  They never showed up and didn't have the decency to call me and apologize.  Talk about unprofessional and rude.  Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone!

We had a large wooden post fall and hit our outdoor spigot, which bent the pipe. We called and were able to get a technician on-site the next morning. Mike R. was our tech. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy whatsoever. He told us the fix was optional as everything was still functional, but we decided to go through with it anyways. He was quick and efficient and did a fantastic job!

We also have used Russ in the past to help with leaking on our outdoor spigots a couple years ago, and he was fantastic as well! Better than better I love you better than better mommy and look at it PJs on then

No need to call anyone else. Darrel and Forrest were awesome! Knowledgeable, efficient, and competent. They came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No gimmicks no games and fair prices. No surprises or up charges. We won't be using anyone else for our plumbing work in the future.

This was my second time using this company and it was another great experience. I have rented a water softener from a company for years and have told them multiple times it didn't work properly. I finally decided on a new one that I purchased myself, now that I have the money. I messaged late on Wednesday night for a quote on the system and installation. Within an hour I had an appointment for Friday. Matt kept me up to date on his arrival time and by late Friday afternoon, I had a new water softener that instantly made the water in my house better. He explained the issues with the old one and made sure to test everything before leaving.

Joe is the best! He is honest, fast, thorough and fairly priced. He fixed our leaky pipes and installed a sink and faucet in less than 2 hours. From now on, any other issues we may have, Joe is our guy! I highly recommend using Paradise Bay Plumbing!!

So far not a great experience. I've used there services last year and was happy. I had an issue with a clogged toilet and tub and they couldn't get a technician out until a day later. They called me today at 10:47am and said a technician was on their way (no ETA GIVEN). So at 12:10pm I called back and said no one showed up and wanted a ETA. We only have 1 bathroom in our home, so it's a bit annoying when you can't use it for 24 hours. Finally at 12:40pm technician arrives. I explained the issue and he went straight in and rain the water in the shower (which was over flowing yesterday) and flushing the toilet constantly to make sure water would go down. I had used the Roto-Rooter pipe shield the night before to help clear and de-grease the pipes. And after probably 20 flushes and him running our shower water 4x he walks out shrugging with his hands in the air and said, I guess the pipe shield fixed the problem. He said there was no charge for coming out since he didn't do anything which is great! But said to call back if t happens again.

Work was performed okay. However, when the work was done they presented me with a bill for $200 more than they quoted for the job. This was after repeated assurances the job would not exceed a certain amount.  I talked to the office manager on the phone who was extremely rude even though I tried to be polite and reason with her. She told me if I didn't pay the bill she would put a contractors lien on my property. Then she accused me of threatening her--which I never did--and told me the phone conversation was being recorded.  I paid the bill because I don't have time to fight a contractors lien in court over $200.  Beware.  Dishonest.  Rude.
