Best HVAC System Maintenance in Saint Petersburg FL

Our toilet valve stopped working and our sink was clogged. The company responded extremely quickly to my online request and had someone out the same day! Joe Martinez did a fantastic job in performing the work and walked us through the fixes when he was done. Would definitely recommend Alvarez Plumbing and Joe Martinez!

I use Cornerstone for a lot of my needs A/C needs.
They have always been honest and very easy to work with.
I would recommend them for sure.
They are also professional looking when the come to the house,
It says a lot when your employees have uniforms. not like some of the competitors where you get thug life in your house and their jeans fall off because they can't pull them up, Iearna.

If I could rate this company's any lower, I would!! Total rip off!!! They quoted me $220 maintenance fee on my 1 year old A/C!! And don't expect the guys who show up at your door to speak English, you only can talk to a guy over the phone who relays how much they are gonna overcharge you!

I have relocated to a new home. I am closing in less than a week. I live in another city and I received a call from my realtor during the property inspection that the A/C was not running. I called Performance A/C because they purchased the company that I used for my home, business and rental properties.
The tech showed up and called me that he had arrived. I told him what the error code was and he said he would take a look. He called me back and  charged over $800 to clean a clogged drain line. I was not contacted with a price before the repair was made so I didn't have a choice but to pay.
This technician and the company are price gouging. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
