Andy and crew were friendly prompt and got my leaks found and fixed in a day and a half. And for a great price. He listened to my needs (not wanting to tear into the terrazzo flooring) and came up with the perfect solution. I will definitely always tell everyone to use them :)

Great honest plumber. I hired him to replace my faucet and bought one at Home Depot for him to install. He told me my existing faucet would be replaced for free if I called Moen. I called and got a new one delivered then called Evan told him I had it and he came and installed the new one. I wouldn't have known about getting a replacement from the company if Evan hadn't told me.

Jordan explained the situation about the plumbing back up. He was very quick he let us know exactly how much did a wonderful job I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is top notch as I own 5 rentals and will use him every time I hav a plumbing issue. On time all the time clean area when he leaves after job and let's you know everything about what he is doing and will always be honest and forthwith about any plumbing issue that needs to addressed. Bought an older double wide. Had lots of plumbing leaks at drains/toilets/sinks. Worked reliably for two days to get us fixed. Only reason for less than five stars is a trained helper came out second morning, and in fixing master bath got water all over my carpet. I mentioned this to them and was told it was clean water no problem. However, this clean water has stained my brand new bedroom carpet, and I will have to get it cleaned. Other than that very reliable great work!

Well it was really hard to not take a shower, or do the dishes for three days. We exhausted all our efforts to try and clear the clog in our kitchen and tub ourselves. James came an hour and a half after we called, which was so nice having a quick response time. He did the job within a couple of hours, explained what he did. What a great guy, and very respectful. I thought this was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. Thank you James you made our day.

I check the yelp reviews and decide to try this company. I can say I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs The gentleman was professional and quoted a good price for what I needed to have repaired. Most companies required a service fee which is waived if you decide to go with them, with this company I used yelp to let them know what I needed done and the gave me a price right off the bat, no hidden cost. I am pleased with his work. I will used this company for all my plumbing needs.

We heard a leak in the pipes under our house at night. We called Tampa Bay Pluming first thing in the morning and they were at my houser  by noon. They were able to fix the issue relatively quickly and easily, which was a great because it is a small crawl space. Both of the young men were very nice and professional and very reasonably priced. Over all it was a great experience!!

What can I say about these guys they are consistent at the very least.  Josh has done several projects for me, including installing a hybrid water heater and the attention to detail second to none. The efficiency and service is a huge reason I continue to use them. They stand behind their product and service which is hard to find these days. They usually come out immediately when needed and if they think it can wait, explain why which I highly appreciate. Communication is critical with me, and you can't get any better with them. So look no further for the best plumber here in Lakeland and surrounding areas!!

Hyram was great! Helped me out by changing 2 shower valves. He had to cut in through the back wall. Did a great job keeping the cutouts to a minimum. Valves were perfectly aligned and he even gave me some advice on the little bit of work I planned to do myself. He was very friendly and informative when I asked questions. Would definitely recommend.

Because the owner (Scott Wallace - yes I know how to use reverse phone number lookup) did not get my business due to his high price quote, he threatened me with calling the city to verify my permit!  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

Just had to repair a wax seal on our toilet that was leaking. Nathaniel P. from Red Cap was our technician. For only being 25 years old he was knowledgeable well beyond his years. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. He explained every option we had and when we decided on one he executed the service perfectly. I would definitely hire him if I was running my own company. I work in a service industry business and I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. He took the time to fully explain the situation and the solutions. This is the second time we have used Red Cap and each time their employees and technicians have been exceptional. And their work has been flawless. I truly trust them for any plumbing needs we might have in the future.

Despite my paying for their twice-per-year maintenance contract and scheduling my maintenance appointment several months out, they cancelled my appointment with 1 day notice and said next availability was in another 2 months. Currently waiting on a promised $75 refund for their failure to deliver but am not optimistic they will deliver on that promise either. Didn't even get a sincere apology or explanation. I do not recommend.

Do not use Everyday Plumbers! Everyday plumbers took advantage of me. They charged me $1300 to change a shower handle and broke my drain/shoe while they were working. They told me it was my old plumbing and wasn't their fault. I begged and pleaded and they still insisted I pay for the services that were done. Being upset and stressed I just paid them. Turns out they charge $198 per hour!! They did say they would have to take the tub out to fix the shoe but they would take $600 off the price. ($2800-600=$2200). They would also break the tiles and I would have to have a contractor come and re do the tiles. This was going to be well into the $3000 range on top of the $1300 I already paid! I got a lot of advice and a bunch of estimates to fix the drain/shoe and everyone told me I was ripped off by this company. That they should have fixed it or given me a huge discount off the $1300. Bath Fitters are the ones I am using to re do my tub. They were the best price! Very honest and shocked by what I paid. They are cutting the tub to fix the shoe and placing a tub fitter over the existing tub and it has a lifetime warranty! Way less than what everyday plumbers wanted to charge me to fix what they broke!!
I want to warn people about Everyday plumbers. Several other contractors and plumbers said that job should never have cost $1300! Also I would like to stress that the only reason I used them is because the HOA recommended them and they assured me they knew about the old plumbing there. Every day plumbers also told me this rarely ever happens. So if it rarely ever happens why didn't they make it right with me? I deserve better treatment than this. Don't make the mistake I did. Go with another company!!!

I need a contractor for several jobs.  I gave this group of clowns a small job; to install a safety handrail in the pool.  Seemed simple.  
They sent one worker and 1 supervisor; a manager named Bobby.  The manager did not much; mostly watched the poor guy work in the heat.
When they finished and it dried, it was very loose.  I called them back, they said oh, yes, it is loose.  So they re-did it.  I let it set overnight (they said it would be good in 20 min).  It was worse.  Very unsafe.  Very poor workmanship.  I brought them back to show them (a 3rd time) and they offered to fix it, but I told them to go away.  I believe in second changes, but if you can't figure it out in 2 tries; you probably won't.  I asked for my money back. They said no.  They do not stand by their work.  They lie about their abilities and they do not get the job done.  I suggest to avoid BMD.  They created a serious safety problem with the rail and they do not have the ability to do the work....and what they did was sloppy.
YOU SAID YOU OFFERED TO FIX IT. Liar. Yes, you came out a second time and fixed it.  It was worse.  Why would I have you out a 3rd time?  I asked for a full refund, but would accept a refund on the labor. Nothing from you,  i had a real professional out to fix it.  He said you used the wrong cement and did not even have a brace on one pole insert.  He said whoever installed this did not know what they were doing.  You caused a dangerous situation.  You lie and are unprofessional and unskilled.  To anyone: Use these amateurs at your own risk.
