Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Saint Paul MN
I has 3 separate plumbers bid on a laundry room replumb: remove old concrete sink and get rid of unused old lines and vents, new sink, new gas lines, new waste and fresh lines. Move dryer vent and bring floor drain up to code. These guys did great work, left the area neat with nice details like securing my ac hose and running it out of site. And all this for a great price and frankly it was done...DONE before the other two even submitted their bids. Will call first next time

Third time I called for service, first time I was disappointed. No phone call or note upon arriving home, so I wasn't sure if anything had been done that day. Also, the scary pipe banging I called about is still there. Sounds like it is about to rip through my wood floors every time it happens... I will fix that myself.
Then three nights ago the drain setting in my sink - that I had them install - popped right off. Don't think that is supposed to happen... I will fix that myself, too. (Dramatic self-pitying sigh).

I can't say enough good things about my experience. They were able to fit me in the same day when I reached out regarding needing to have my old, leaky outdoor spigot replaced. Nate came out and he was fantastic. He was super fair and kind and was working to find solutions that would be quicker, cheaper fixes before ultimately needing to go through the wall to replace it. I spent quite a bit of time comparing companies, reading reviews, and getting quotes. I am beyond pleased to have gone with Aart's Speedy Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! Thank you!

Totally disappointed!
Plumb Right came to my home 2-3 years ago and knocked my socks off with prompt, and friendly service when they installed the disposal under my kitchen sink. It was only natural I would look at the advertising sticker they prominently placed on the disposal, get their phone number, and call Plumb Right when it came time to freshen-up the look of my kitchen with a new sink.
Here is where the fairy tale ends. When I called to ask for an estimate on how much it would cost to remove the old sink & install a new one (it took 10+ rings for someone to answer), I was handed off to Dale who said they would charge a $59 service call to come to my house to look at the sink before they would give me an estimate. Silently I shook my head to make sure the cobwebs were clear and I asked him to give me a ballpark on the removal and installation of a new drop in sink (mind you, this isn't an under-mount or anything complicated). Dale again replied that he couldn't give me that number. I asked, this time a little more direct, while acknowledging it's not a firm quote/ bid, whether or not the cost of the removal of an old sink and the installation of a new sink would be in the tens, hundreds, or several hundreds of dollars range? I told Dale I just wanted this general idea before I made the decision to have them come out and charge me $59 to tell me how much their bid would be. His reply, Well, I guess we cannot help you then.
Clearly they operate on a business model that I don't understand. $59 to come out and tell me if they are going to soak me for $300 (who knows if this is an accurate guess? Not me-- thanks Dale!) to remove and install a drop-in kitchen sink?!
I will continue my search for a plumber that has entered the 21st century, and I encourage you to do so as well. Consumers deserve better. Meanwhile, does anyone know the best way to remove advertising stickers from sink disposals?

We had them as our only plumber for 15+ years. They used to be great. Until we need an emergency job done on our septic. Not only did they go well over the estimate, but when we'd paid in full the amount agreed upon, and asked for another month to pay the additional $2500. (We had already paid $13,000, 40% due up front) We had to be consistently diligent about getting them out to get the job done before the ground froze. We were not the least bit happy with the mess they left us in, after over charging to begin with.
Cody in Roberts is our go to plumber now.
