Castle tv media (remodeling dept.) was hired to remodel my shower.  They replaced an old fiberglass shower with a tile one.  It took months longer than stated in the contract because first try leaked.  They asked to have another chance to correct problem.  They had not sealed concrete board or corners.  Had to purchase new tile.  They tried again.  It leaked worse.  I had a plumbing company came to tell me why it leaked.  A nail had been placed in pvc pipe.  The contractor would not make it right.  He said they were only hired to replace tile not work with plumbing.  Contract described exactly what was to be done.  The contract stated mediation was to be followed if problems arose.  The date for the mediation pushed the chance for credit card assistance toward the problem past their closure date.  This company besides being incompetent, did not show up for work or return phone calls.  DO NOT USE THEM!

Christian came to our rescue to fix all the poor work that was done previously.  From painting, changing light fixtures, building our handrails to code, caulking, replacing baseboards, re-grouting, fixing kitchen cabinets/drawers, adjusting door jambs to close properly, plumbing of kitchen sink, re-attaching corner pieces, and the list goes on and on.  Christian went ABOVE and BEYOND for us and we consider him our ANGEL as he came AFTER HOURS in our limited time we had, in preparation for the sale of our property.  Not only is Christian very personable, dependable, charismatic, and lightning fast, he provided us quality workmanship,  and his prices are the most affordable that we gave him a bonus on top for everything he did for us.  We appreciate you so much Christian!!!  Thank you again...

I hired this contractor to turn my tub/shower into a walk in shower.  In the first 2 days he only worked approximately 6 -8 hours.  On the third day he didn't show up until after 1:00.  I was in a hurry to get the job done and didn't feel confident that he could get the job done in the time frame we discussed and do it right.  Therefore I fired him and went with another contractor. I had given him $2,300 up front for material.  I asked for $1,300 of the money back as I felt $1,000 was adequate compensation for the few hours he and worked and the little bit of material he had provided (most of the time was for tearing out the old tub and shower).  I feel this guy has a very poor work ethic and does shoddy work.  I had already found several things that he had done that I wasn't pleased with.  I would never recommend him to anyone else.
