Best Air Filter Cleaning in Saint Louis MO
Donald did an excellent job of cleaning a horrible dryer vent. He went above and beyond to make sure he got all the lint clogs out. Dryer is working perfectly now!!!!

Responded quickly, friendly service, fair pricing. I had a small repair completed - it didn't require an electrician, but was beyond what I felt comfortable doing on my own.

I live in an old house that is heated by radiant heat via a boiler. The boiler requires routine maintenance so I have a particular company (I'll call them CM) come out about once a year. They were last here in October and determined our boiler was in satisfactory shape.
Then Thursday night (1/24) in the middle of the night we discovered our heat was not working, which can happen even to systems in overall satisfactory shape. I found a place called Anton's that opened earlier than CM, so I called them right at 7AM when they opened and had them come out. The technician got the boiler going but claimed a worrisome amount of carbon monoxide was coming out of the system. I pressed him for how much was spilling out, but he had no answer because he apparently didn't have the proper equipment to measure carbon monoxide levels. He recommended replacing the entire boiler for $8,867.00 without offering any other more cost effective options.
Regardless of what CM had reported in October, I would have received a 2nd or 3rd diagnosis before spending $8,867.00. I had CM come out that night to take a second look at the boiler. They brought equipment to measure the amount of carbon monoxide being omitted from the system, and their test revealed no threat. They fixed the system for $505.00 which included overtime and paying for a piltot tube that Anton's mistreated, two expenses I wouldn't have incurred if CM came out first, so the repairs would have been quite a bit less than $505.00.
I complained to Anton's quite a bit, and the owner, Craig, personally took my calls and came out to my house with another technician to look at the boiler on 1/29. They brought a carbon monoxide detector (which again revealed no threat) and made some recommendations to improve the safety of my system, which I will likely make. This does not, however, excuse the fact that just 5 days earlier one of their technicians claimed I had a carbon monoxide issue, which has been proven a couple of times now to be false. I trust that Craig and team will make the necessary changes to how they go about making claims of carbon moxide issues without it being factual.
I wish I could give Anton's 5 stars based on the service I've received since 1/24, but I won't overlook a mistaken claim of dangerous levels of carbon monoxide - something that can be deadly and should obviously taken extremely seriously.
