Best Water Purification System Cleaning And… in Sacramento CA

I don't normally post review if companies but feel compelled to write this one. I had an appointment set up with them for the evening of Thursday night. We exchanged a couple of emails but then I didn't hear anything. When I text them, the guy tells me I didn't respond in a timely manner so they booked another job. I waited all day and cleared my schedule for the evening. I just find this unprofessional and poor customer service.

Great service! After 2 years, we now have reliably HOT water from our on demand water heater. Professional and efficient crew, led by Martin and George, quickly diagnosed a faulty valve issue and replaced. Very pleased with the service we received.

Excellent customer service!  I called on a Monday for a non-emergency bathroom faucet replacement.  Mike scheduled an appointment for the following day and completed the job with courtesy and professionalism.  I would definitely use their services again.

Shout out to Luis! Called him after 5pm; my toilet was clogged and there was nothing my itty bitty plunger was gonna do to unclog it. He was kind enough to come out on short notice; within the hour y'all! He discovered the mainline was backed up, he cleared it out and even made sure everything was flowing as it should and cleaned up afterwards! Great work! Thanks, Luis!
