I've been wanting to install a tankless water heater for some time now.  I wasn't expecting my water heater to fail on me as soon as it did, but things happen.  I went out and bought a tankless and then started looking for companies to do the install as that's the only way to preserve the warenty.   I had three different companies in mind, but Innovative Radiant Heating was the company I went with more for the fact that they're local and I like to support local businesses.  We talked, got a quote, and they showed up on time to do the work.  They did a great job and were pleasant to talk to.  Everything works great, and we're stoked.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of installation.

I called them to do a gas line installation to add a second quick disconnect. Fast and on time. Quality of work is excellent and what we asked for came out better than expected. I would recommend and will use them again.

I don't leave may reviews on Yelp but this experience was so great that I just had to say a huge thank you.  My backyard was flooding due to an issue with the lawn storm drain.  I procrastinated on calling anyone to fix it because I didn't want to deal with it.  I should have called these guys a long time ago because they came out very quickly and took care of it with no hassle at all.

We hired Harvey to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. He told my wife he would replace the garbage disposal, since it wasn't working, and that this would likely fix the leak as well.
When we noticed the leak was still there, we contacted him to have him return. He said he would be there on Wed at 9am. When he didn't show, I texted him at 10am to ask if he was still coming, since I had to leave by 11:30am. He texted back that he was so sorry, he was stuck on another call, but he could come later that day. We agreed on 4:45 pm. At 5:56 he still had not arrived, and wouldn't return my text.
The next day my wife sent him an angry text, after which he responded, saying he was again very sorry and wanted to come finish the job. We agreed on Monday (yesterday) in the morning.
At 12:35 pm Harvey had still not arrived, so I texted to see if he was still coming.   I let him know if he didn't show up in the next couple hours, don't bother, we will find someone else to finish the job.
He then responded that he would still be showing up that day. But he never did, and again did not bother to contact me.
Today I get a phone message saying that he was again so sorry and was available to come finish the job.  Hmm....I'm noticing a pattern here. Our mistake was that we paid him for the job before ensuring that the problem had been fixed!

Bruce was great! he came in and fixed my screw up and told me where to get the parts I need to fix the shower to save me some money. He said once I had ever thing to call and schedule a follow up with no initial visit fee. I would use them again if needed and will recommend to anyone.

Israel had was responsive and maintained good communication with me and was able to respond in a timely manner. He worked with me to keep the price down and did the job in a professional manner. I enjoyed working with him to meet my plumbing needs!
