Sam was very easy to communicate with and quick in responding, and his colleague Nick came out and did an equally excellent job making a few repairs for us! He was courteous (took off his shoes just from noticing we had shoes outside our house and I didn't even have to ask), informative on all the repair work he provided, friendly, and I am so thrilled to have found these two! I will be using them again very soon for more repairs!
