I called Tim to help with a rental unit that needed repairs. He was responsive, came when he said he would, and did a great job.

He also made payment easy. I've used Tim a few times and he's been great.

Serg was very friendly, reliable and gave us fair pricing. We are actually going to use him again for further correction of our fence. I highly recommend Serg. Local fencing companies wouldn't help fix the fence, only to replace it, which was not necessary and very expensive.

I reached out to paul to help with some projects that I wanted to get done (but didn't want to wait until I had enough time to get around to them). He was able to help me with getting them done and did it in a professional manner. Making the schedule work was not a problem, and the outcome was great and I couldn't ask for more. So I very much recommend.

I called CK for an urgent situation I had with a tenant property I manage where the single bathroom toilet was not flushing.

After  having the city snake the main line, the toilet would still not flush. I could not replace the toilet unless I moved the sewer line as bathroom not built up to code.

CK Discovered object was flushed down toilet and stuck in backflow portion of the toilet.

CK was awesome and I will save his number for all my future plumbing needs in Sacramento area on other rental properties I own and manage.

I highly recommend Ku Handyman services for any of your home repair needs! We had section 1 (dry rot) and 2 (leaky shower) repairs that needed to be fixed & we are more than happy with the work quality and service we got from Mikhail. He is responsive and very knowledgeable, he asked me to send him the pest report and was able to provide me with a bid without needing to come to the property. He also worked around our schedule which we were so thankful for. The quality of his work shows that he cares to make sure the job is done right. He is now our go to person whenever there are issues with the house, he will be coming to replace our water heater in a couple of weeks.

These guys are totally worth the $$$. They were both professional and thorough. As you can see by the pictures, the job was huge but the Handyman Crew rose to the challenge.
