Tim is so so awesome!  I have my water heater serviced in 08/2019 by Service Champions and they forgot to turn the water heater back on when they left.  Today I arrived at my old house and discovered that no hot water!!  I phoned service champion and they cannot find anyone to come out here to light up the water heater they shut off.   I called everyone but no reply!  Mr tim was on his way to oakland and he was very kind to stop by and helped me with this emergency issue I had.  10 minutes and he is done.  Everything is good! I got hot water!  I really appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and nicety.

David of About Plumbing (916-213-7652  or 530-341-3573) is an EXCEPTIONAL plumber.  In my 60's, I've dealt with many plumbers, in my day, but he is the fastest, most knowledgeable, most reasonably priced, most on time (he even called just before arriving), hardest working one I've ever met.  He even solved a problem that I didn't even know I had, worked four times longer ~ faster, too ~ than I'd told him it would take, and didn't even ask for more than the original quote, which was very low to start with!  Maybe the best part was that he brought his young, preteen son, also called David, with him.  The father is definitely a great example to his son!  (I paid him extra, even though he kept refusing to take it, at first, and I still feel like I paid too little.)

Warren had completed several projects over last 4 years for me. I always was satisfied customer. Warren is very honest person and will never overcharge you.

When my dryer started squealing and squeaking like a stuck pig, I started to make some calls. The first company I contacted sent out a tech who claimed to have fixed the problem, but the noise continued in a couple days.

Disgusted, I found Jeremy online and reached out about my situation. He called me back the same day and exhibited a cool competency on the phone that assured me that he could fix the problem for good.

He was right on time for the evening appointment. He is a very polite and well-spoken guy, and he took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He carried all the necessary parts in his truck. He also accepts credit cards (very convenient). He definitely knows appliances in and out!

He offered a couple different repair options, one for a less expensive quick fix, the another for a slightly more expensive, but longer-term, solution. No hard selling, just good honest information.

So after paying a reasonable fee to fix the problem, I'm back in (the laundry) business :)

I'd recommend Jeremy for anybody in the Elk Grove and surrounding areas needing an honest expert for appliance repair.
