We needed to replace a leaky kitchen faucet and install a faucet/new bathroom vanity.  I contacted a plumber and who wanted to charge over $500, which was ridiculous.  I decided to search for a handyman on Yelp and found Tim.  What a find!  He is a pleasure to work with - professional, punctual, great communication.  He knows what he's doing and is very good at it!  He came in and replaced the kitchen faucet and installed our new vanity and faucet all in about an hour!  We will definitely be contacting him again.

Totally pleased with American Leak Detection.  I have my house up for sale, and there appeared to be water on pavers near a fountain and under the house.  I had to provide proof to the potential buyer that either there was a leak that was repaired, or no leak.  The technician was there on time, called me before he arrived, was polite, explained what he was going to do,,,and did his job.  The report was ready the next day.  I was lucky - no leaks were detected.  The water came from a defective fountain,,,which was removed.  Thanks you again, American Leak Detection

I requested a quote on yelp and Serg replied fast and did multiple services at a reasonable price and did a great job! Tv mounts, plumbing, door frame work and a ceiling fan.

The two employees showed up a little early, which was great. They got right to work and did a fantastic job on my gate. The end result was a lot better than what I expected and the price seemed reasonable. I would call them again if I need other jobs around the house.

Paul is really the kind of guy who finds a way to make it work!  We were in the middle of putting a bathroom back together after mold remediation; including replacing a vanity (that was original to the build - and so an odd size).  It took longer than Paul guessed, but he didn't up his price - and he had to really put in so much extra work to make the Ikea vanity/sink fit and hook it up; and hook up the toilet.   I really appreciate Paul going the extra mile to get everything done!

I feel like I won the lottery finding Sam! We have had him replace light switches, install fans, light fixtures, fix doors, etc. He has done an excellent job on everything, we could not have been happier. His pricing is beyond reasonable, we would have spent three times as much to have an electrician do the same kind of work. He is very knowledgeable and even caught a few potentially dangerous issues with a light switch and some wiring.

Kaylee came out as scheduled, promptly on time, and respectfully with a mask. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us excellent guidance with a free consultation. We will absolutely be reaching out to her for our future electrical projects.

Andres has been great! I've used him to turn over 2 properties and he has been communicative, reasonably priced and reliable. Andres shows up on time, he gets the job done and will make sure it's done right. From flooring to fence repair to painting, no job has been  too small. They beautifully retiled  a backsplash and I love that he sends me pictures as the work progresses when I can't be on site. Thanks Andres!!

Jon is knowledgeable, reliable, respectful and efficient.  We had some solar shades that needed installation on our outdoor patio and he took care of it in no time!!

Great plumber!
Wealth of experience at a great value for the area.  They were able to clear a clog that had stumped two prior plumbers.  They were able to identify and clear blockage, and identify where roots were encroaching.  Was also generous with tips for us to keep they system flowing until we get around to fixing the compromised line.  
Communication could be better so rating 4 stars.

William and the entire crew were professional and dependable. They remade an ugly kitchen closet into a
lovely pantry, utilizing every inch of the small space. William is a licensed contractor and the crew are seasoned professionals so they can tackle just about anything. I will absolutely contact again when the next project arises.
