Tim showed up as expected and did an excellent and thorough job installing a new bathroom fan in my rental property. He did such a great job that I'm speaking with him about doing some work in my residence. I would recommend him without hesitation. His pricing is fair, his work is excellent, and he is very professional.

With all the mixed reviews on here, I guess it's hard to know what to think about this company. I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I will simply say that I have been working very hard for fifty-six years, half as a manual laborer and the other half as a teacher (that was a pretty challenging transition). My wife also works, and if you added our incomes together you would find that we have never come close to making $450 for an hour, especially for such relaxed labor. In the end, we have nothing to show for that money except a piece of paper that says our skimmer is probably leaking. American Leak Detection can't fix it. They can't (as they said they would) recommend anyone who can fix it, so there you go. I feel like I've been sucker punched. For me, honesty and integrity in business extend to the prices a company charges--a fair price for fair value. I'm happy for those of you who feel good about the work this company did for you, and sorry for those who feel as I do. Their techs may have lots of training and special equipment, but I'd match my credentials and expertise in my field (and the hundreds of hours of labor involved to get those degrees) against theirs anytime. Even if Americans did value education, I still wouldn't dream of ripping people off by charging wages like that.

Serg was very friendly, reliable and gave us fair pricing. We are actually going to use him again for further correction of our fence. I highly recommend Serg. Local fencing companies wouldn't help fix the fence, only to replace it, which was not necessary and very expensive.

Cor cal contruction did a great job replacing my kitchen sink today. The crew was very professional and they cleaned up the area after finishing the installation. I strongly recommend them. See before and after pics.

This is the chronology:
- we scheduled for them to come in to do caulking and doorbell installation (2 hours) at Wed 17th, 11AM

- he texted and said his truck broke down at Wed 17th 11:06, we understand, stuff happens, we reschedule for next Friday 19th 11AM (My wife took a day off to wait for him)

-  at Friday 19th 9:53AM (not the scheduled 11AM) he texted saying that he's been knocking and ringing the doorbell, my wife was there at home (she took another day off)  and she heard nothing. He said he's already on his way to Los Gatos.

This is my second time calling Sam Russo Handyman service. His employee Nick was super nice and did an awesome job.

His communication is great. He text me and said he was available to come early if, that works for me.
The installation didn't take long. He had all the right tools.

Very happy with the service. Will definitely call again, Sam Russo Handyman for future projects.

Shah came in with a short notice. I spoke with Farid around 9am, he sent Shah in less than 2 hours. Shah finished changing the recessed lights in the kitchen, the bathroom and a small bedroom before 1pm. And he was nice enough to change the battery of our smoke alarm since it's too high up, we could not reach it even with our ladder. Thank you Shah! Highly recommended!

Andreas fixed my rental property bathroom floor last month. I asked him to send me the invoice but he did not respond after he received payments via Venmo. I also contacted him to fix other things but no response from him. He was friendly and prompt at first but I feel he is unreliable and untrustworthy afterward.

Our kitchen sink flooded and property management had Jon come out! He was responsive, flexible with our schedule and efficient.

Jon was respectful and I really appreciated how he removed his shoes upon entering our home. He quickly got to work, assessed the issue, and unclogged our sink!

He didn't cause any additional damage or clutter and he also cleaned up after the service!

I'm very pleased with Jon's service and would call him to for any other repair! Don't hesitate, call them now!

Needed to have an interior door installed (after a failed DIY attempt). Damien was one of the first to respond to my Yelp request. He first gave me a general estimate, but when I provided some pictures and additional information, he gave me a more precise estimate. Based on competing quotes I received, the cost was reasonable.

Since I was arranging the work long-distance, I had to coordinate among myself, Damien, and a relative. This wasn't a problem.

Damien said he could come by at noon and he, along with a colleague, showed up exactly on time. He completed the work as promised at the price he quoted. He even did a little extra beyond reinstalling the door itself with no additional charge. He stayed to make sure some wood putty he used dried properly.

All-in-all, a very good experience. I would hire Damien again.

Caldwell Construction came to the rescue when I realized I had a leak under the bathroom and possible dry rot under the floor. William Caldwell scheduled well seasoned workers who did quality work for all the different stages of work needed to address the dry rot and refurbish the bathroom. Different workers came as scheduled in a timely progression for: demo, replacement of rotted floor timbers, floor tile, plumbing repair, installation of fixtures, finish carpentry, and touch-up painting. I was very grateful to have the work proceed as quickly as possible since I only had the one bathroom in my small house. William has a great group of people working for him.  All the workers, including people in the office were friendly, respectful and kind to this old lady. I found all the workers who came to my home to be trustworthy, on time, and hard working. They all did high quality work which was important to me, and cleaned up after them selves which was appreciated. My experience with Caldwell Construction could not have been better.
