Had Trevor do some plumbing work at my home in Folsom.  Cannot say enough good things about the work.  He took the time to get the job done right and would not leave until the work was completed correctly and to my satisfaction.

I will be using his services again in the future.

Mike was prompt, curious, and helpful. He took the time to show me was he found and tested everything. I used his service to inspect and clean the furnace and AC units.

David came and repaired my plumbing issue quickly. He was professional knowledgeable with my issue. I would recommended him for your plumbing needs. He was highly recommended to me .

My wife and I own a vacation rental home in Tahoe Donner. We live in the Bay Area. Being remote, it is critical for us to have home service companies that we can not only rely on and that respond quickly when guests run into problems, but that also are well educated and experienced in their line of business so problem are solved quickly.

We got Mike's contact info from our HVAC guy, and had him quote a tankless water heater to replace our existing water heater. We also had two other companies come in and discuss the install and offer quotes.

It was apparent from the start that Mike knew what he was doing. He understood the issues that would make or break the install and ongoing running of the tankless unit. He took the time to explain options and pros and cons of each, and helped educate us so that we could choose the right unit and the right installation type.

Since the install the unit has experienced some issues, and Mike has stood by his work and made two free house calls to check and tune the unit to make sure it is running efficiently and correctly. Turns out the issue was an electrical one and nothing to do with the unit or Mikes work, but he still wouldn't let me pay him for his additional visits!

Most important is that on a Sunday, with Guests in the house, when the unit failed to turn on, Mike was at the house in 15 minutes to troubleshoot and get the unit back up and running, discovering the electrical issue in 15 minutes or so!

I would highly recommend Mikes knowledge, and work ethic to anyone with a home in the Truckee area.

I trust Yelp reviews for almost everything, from nail salons to places to eat or spend the night when I travel, so why not give it a whirl when looking for a plumber? Yelp reviews never lets me down and neither did Bradley. Top notch, professional and would recommend their services to anyone. From the first call I made when I spoke with Jamie on the phone she was polite, very friendly yet completely professional. That first phone call alone set a very good tone for the whole service as the two previous plumbers I had contacted had very poor communication with me from the get go. From the day the appointment was set up to look at the potential job and to get an estimate I knew that working with Bradley and crew was going to be a positive experience. When looking at the hot water heater, Bradley was very thorough in explaining everything to me in a way that made perfect sense and was completely logical. I appreciated not just having numbers thrown at me but understanding the reasoning behind the process. He made sure every detail was taken care of. We now have a beautiful new hot water heater. The work space was tight but I never heard a complaint. They completed the job with complete excellence. We look forward to calling upon Bradley in the future for our plumbing, heating and electric needs. From the phone calls and emails to the work done in the home, everything was taken care of with pride and the utmost professionalism. Call Bradley- you won't be sorry! P.S. Shout out to the girls in the office. The are on top of their game. Their follow through is like none other, either by phone or email. Great customer service!!!!

Do not use this service, he's dishonest and ripped us off for $750 and did no work. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me and refused to answer when i called back. I've reported him for doing business with no city business licenses and now will take him to court and get our money back. Also just found out he doesn't  even know how to do the job yet he took our money knowing that. No wonder he requires 75% up front. He's a thief.

He also bid $1,000 to install a kitchen water filter system and a gate. We knew that was outrageous and hired someone else to do both items for a total of $300 and that person did an excellent job. Here's the breakdown just to give you an idea how badly this guy will gouge you with pricing.
Filter - $112.50
Gate - $187.50

Save yourself and avoid this guy, not to mention he admitted showing up at our house with covid and didn't tell us until it was too late. My husband and I are still trying to get through it, I ended up with covid pneumonia.
