Great handyman!!! Steven hung my outside Christmas lights and installed hooks to put them on.  Hooks are behind the eves so not visible at all!  
Our dryer was not drying well so I called Steven and he came over the next day and cleaned our vent.  We had the Dryer Vent Wizard clean the vent a year ago and they do don't do as good a job AND they charged more than twice of what Steven charged! The drain valve on my water heater started dripping so after reading these mostly positive reviews, I decided to give em a try. To be fair, Jack did good work and replaced the valve with a brass unit and flushed the water heater. It was after I paid him that I noticed he overcharged me by $10. I called him right away to let him know. Said he'd send me a check. A week later, no check so I called again.  Said he'd been busy and will send it out right away. Week later, nothing. So I decided to use the form on the website. No response. Also on the site it states first time customers get a special rate of $78/hr instead of $118/hr. Too bad I was never offered the special rate. A business that will not refund a customer for overcharging has no integrity, not to mention not offering the first time rate stated on their site. It's only $10, but it's about the integrity of the company. Won't be using them again.

Dave is a godsend and a knowledgeable, consummate professional!!  We came back to our place in Incline Village on a weekend morning to discover that the whole condo was ice cold and the furnace completely unresponsive.  Although on another service call, Dave answered his phone and promised he'd call us back shortly.  True to his word, he called and despite being an unscheduled stop in his busy day -- on a holiday weekend no less -- he came to our house.  He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  He's also a fantastically nice guy who took the time to educate us on the inner workings of the furnace as he was repairing it.  I enthusiastically recommend Bradley Electrical, Plumbing and Heating without reservation.
