Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. I called Good Fellas Plumbing and they responded quickly on Yelp.

I had one washer faucet shut off leaking but while he had to repair the one I had him fix both shut-offs instead of just one.

Chris and his team came out the same day and replaced both hot & cold washer shut-offs in less than 20  minutes.

Chris stated his price and solved the problem quickly with the original quoted price.

As far as the service I would highly recommend this company to solve your plumbing problems.

Did a good job installing my 14-50 outlet. Put it right in the spot that I asked, but I didn't realize until after they left that where I was hoping to put it was not on a stud so the outlet isn't as secured as I would hope. (3 stars) They didn't cut up my walls more than they had too and tried to leave the drywall in pieces clean enough to patch back up so I appreciate the extra care there. (+1 star) I would have loved if they would have come back to me when doing the work and told me hey you know where you told us to put it isn't on a stud, can we move it over 4 inches to have it secured that proactive step would have moved the rating up to 5 stars in my book.

good:  They got me in fast
           They showed up within an hour of the appointment
           The problem is not as bad as it was.......
Bad:    They charged me more than double the going rate for what they did
           They had to come out a second time to get it fixed - the second guy ran the water for 10 minutes twice - with a 4 minute break in the middle.  He called that running for 20 minutes.  It is at 10 minutes when the shower starts backing up again - not as bad as before, but for double the cost, I would expect it to be FIXED.  The second guy didn't really want to do what was needed work wise.  He was polite.  
           They start out with what they could break, and suggest you wouldn't have any problems if you replace your cast iron piping to the tune of about $75,000..........they said they wouldn't want to do the work that would be needed to do it best, they would probably do an easier for them job which wouldn't be quite as good.

Worst:  They said they never warranty their work.  
The shower was stopped up, now it just backs up........I would not call this fixed.  
I have to say that I don't trust the guys that came out.  

Would I use them again?  No.  Not ever.

We have hired Drip Doctor Plumbing on two different occasions. DJ provided great service, was friendly and price was good. He has been professional and punctual. When we needed to explore our options, he was solution-focused and provided us with professional recommendation and executed well on the plan we selected (as opposed to other professionals who try to find ways to complicate the project). We are happy with DJ and continue to recommend him to our network.

Great guy! Was very easy to communicate with and was available to come the next day prior to the weekend. Need a sink fixed due to a new countertop install. Will definitely use again!

I cannot say enough great things about Staggs Plumbing. We noticed a leak under our kitchen sink yesterday (Thurs night) and woke up today (Friday morning) and immediately started calling plumbers to come out ASAP.

I went to Yelp and just started dialing every plumber with decent reviews and called about 5-6 plumbers and everyone was booked. Then I called Staggs and they said they could send someone same day between 12-4. After calling so many plumbers, I was SO thrilled I found someone to come in such short notice.

It gets even better - Matt (the owner's son) and Cameron (the owner's bonus son) came even earlier than expected around 10:30am! They put little covers over their shoes (love that), looked at the issue and fixed it -- all within the hour AND for a reasonable price. It was just $375 and other plumbers via Yelp had quoted me $550+ by just looking at the pics I had provided.

I still can't believe how fast, efficient and friendly they were. We woke up this morning with a huge problem and now its fixed before lunch. I have never had a better experience with a contractor. Wow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent customer service, which is very rare in the industry. Plus, helped us out in a bind. This is our new favorite company!

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

We developed a leak under our kitchen sink and a good friend recommended Casto Leak. He came and fixed the leak leaving us satisfied that the problem had been resolved. Very nice people and they do good work. It was $99 for everything. I highly recommend this business!

Quality and responsive return on getting my water main up to code. Less than 24 hours from the time I called.

Al and I communicated by text and phone. He quoted a price which was considerably less than I paid for a smaller unit 8 years ago. Jason was the installer who was very courteous and efficient. I really appreciate when businesses do what they say, show up, keep me informed and do not mess with the pricing or try  to add on. Hope I don't need another water heater for many years but when I do I will call All About Water Heaters again.
