Best Bathtub in Plano TX

Our water heater stopped working and we got quoted a ridiculous price by a competitor to replace the gas valve. Mark Ondras did the same job for significantly less and now we have hot water again!

We had a leaky shower head which another plumbing company was unable to fix after spending several hours on it. I decided to call Professor Plumb based on the online reviews and from the minute Blue came over I knew I made the right decision. He was professional, reasonably priced and all around a nice person! Between Blue and his partner Brian, they were able to get everything fixed and it didn't take hours or cost me $$$. I highly recommend Professor Plumb for any plumbing issues you may have!

Five stars - Good as it gets - is appropriate here!!   Not just on time, and neat, clean, and orderly ... but fairly priced (disclosed upfront) and a well done job. Canon was really well informed - on every plumbing question we asked!  I don't know how we could do much better, which is why we've already called to schedule an appointment to get a hot water recirculating pump - and new faucets!

I called Good Fellas Plumbing and they responded quickly on Yelp.

I had one washer faucet shut off leaking but while he had to repair the one I had him fix both shut-offs instead of just one.

Chris and his team came out the same day and replaced both hot & cold washer shut-offs in less than 20  minutes.

Chris stated his price and solved the problem quickly with the original quoted price.

As far as the service I would highly recommend this company to solve your plumbing problems.

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Details like that make all the difference and give confidence that the job is as done right. I appreciate Jeff and the fantastic job he did today. He eared my business for life.

Very Friendly and professional, came over and provided an estimate promptly, as well as giving some great advice for my leak.

Our garbage disposal was not working. Cuellar came and got it working quickly and even tightened the faucet as a bonus!  They do not charge a service fee and their pricing was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

Alex ( the owner ) showed up and said immediately hold on, I know what I have to do ... I am a master plumber! My wife was just going to tell him where the leak was and what I had done the day before. Still leaking when he left ... called him back. He used a cresent wrench to knock on our door. He left 3 big dings in our door that still haven't been fixed. First time he charged us $100 for not fixing the problem, second time around he tried to charge us again until I called him from work. Worst interpersonal skills I have ever encountered. He acted like a 7 year old, honestly! Found a place right around the corner that finally fixed it! Steer clear of this company!

Johnny was very neat and clean while installing my new disposal.  Tested it several times to make sure there were no leaks.  Gave me great advice regarding what I can and can't put into it.  Even offered to put back all my cleaning products!  I will be using Legacy again.

We have hired Drip Doctor Plumbing on two different occasions. DJ provided great service, was friendly and price was good. He has been professional and punctual. When we needed to explore our options, he was solution-focused and provided us with professional recommendation and executed well on the plan we selected (as opposed to other professionals who try to find ways to complicate the project). We are happy with DJ and continue to recommend him to our network.

Dustin is an exceptional plumber! He has a great attitude and makes recommendations to solve problems with the latest technology in mind. I called Dustin at a time when I had no time, but a BIG problem to solve. I was in the middle of mold remediation, and I needed a plumber to jackhammer the floor of my shower to find the source of mold and a leak. HE STEPPED IN TO SAVE THE DAY! Dustin willingly agreed to come to my house, (same day) to give me a quote. His price was competitive, so I decided to move forward. We agreed he could start the next morning (early) before the heat of the day set it. It has been over 100 degrees in Dallas/Ft Worth, in my house over the 30 days. I warned him the AC was out and it was HOT in my house. Additionally, the space he would need to work in was being remediated, so he had to work in a small space, with dehumidyfiers, and air scrubbers going at the same time. Those machines sap the air at high temperatures, and he needed to wear a mask to protect himself. It was NOT a good environment. Dustin willingly stepped up to help when timing mattered MOST! He arrived on time the following morning and got started promptly after he arrived. He jackhammered and worked alone to remove the material that was impacted by mold. Dustin was willing to do what it took to find the source and help me solve my immediate problem. He was patient with me along the way, as I asked many questions, and inquired about other things we did not anticipate when he arrived. Dustin willingly agree to help with whatever was needed to be done, and I appreciated his help. He was not rushing me or short with his explanation because of the environment. He was patient and walked me through what I needed to understand to make educated decisions!  Thanks again Dustin, your patience meant more than you.

In the hallway bathroom, mold was being remediated, so I need to have the bathtub removed to find the source of the leak. Again, Dustin was willing to help even though air scrubbers again, made the space small and a mask was again required making the contained space challenging to work in with dry, hot air. It was literally like working in a sauna! As I assessed the situation in the hallway bathroom and what needed to be done to rebuild the shower, Dustin suggested creating an easy access door to the plumbing on the other side of the wall in the utility room that would be hidden by the washer. This would make accessing the plumbing in the future so much easier. I definitely would not want to demo the shower again, so this was a great plan. Dustin agreed to get the materials, and install the easy access door that same day.

After doing all the work, and cleaning up everything, Dustin agreed to dump the materials that needed to be removed from my home. I trusted him to take my utility bill to ease the process of dumping the material without incurring additional costs. I appreciated his kindness because I had no idea what I would do with the bathtub that was removed, but I knew I didnt want it after I saw the mold and rust on it.

This was a challenging experience, because I didnt expect to have to rebuild my showers after remediation. Through this whole process, Dustin has been patient and exceptional to work with. He helped make decision making so much easier by explaining what he saw as we explored inside the walls. He earned a client for life (well until he gets sick of me) because I will ALWAYS call him first! Thank you Dustin for doing a great job when it mattered most! Your commitment and time made the difference, and I appreciate you!!

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!
